I would give a 0 star for these con artist, rip off, non communicating piece of ish company ... if that is what they call themselves. By far the WORST moving company I have ever worked with in my life. Everyone has a different answer to the same question and they gauge money from customers. I dealt with the PR and Philly location... the PR location is a DISASTER.. with a side of HUGE F ups working there! They tell you they will do something to ONLY tell you they are busy and will have to wait another week.. They do not care if your moving off the island or not... they have no concern for their "customers" or as I felt just another dollar to their million dollar company. PR company advised they would pick up my boxes... only to give me a 2 minute window to answer my phone before they left my premises.... I missed that call and then had to drive 40 miles to deliver my OWN boxes to this company... paid IN FULL and specifically ASKED " will there be any additional charges once the boxes are delivered.. I was informed two times... "No nothing else will be needed, just sign for the delivery". The boxes arrive and are delivered to ONLY Find a $25 fee for "document fees". They dangled the carrot "you boxes" in front of you and say "give me more money or we will NOT give you your boxes"... they put you in a situation where one MUST pay... this is a poor way of doing business and I even called the "service rep" and informed her of all my troubles and lack of communication and disclosure... and she could care less. If anyone is thinking about using this company I URGE you NEVER EVER use them nor refer them. The money is not the important part.. it is the principal of having Good customer service and taking care of customers when others in your company have not done so. This company does not follow any specific set of instructions you inform them of... they do what they want when they want and only the customer suffers.

La compañía es una mediocre. No se responsabilizan por lo que pase con tus cosas y te penalizan a ti como cliente por errores de ellos como compañía y sus empleados. No te orientan bien, dicen que cuando llegan tus cosas no tienes que pagar nada y terminan cobrando 40 dólares. Dicen que es de puerta a puerta te dejan tus cosas gratis cuando es mentira tienen un precio adicional y si tu mudanza es lejos o incómodas también te cobran. Cajas llegan rotas y abiertas. Tiran tus cosas sin saber si hay cosas frágiles. Son irresponsables, mediocres y falsos. Yo hice mi mudanza con ellos y me arrepiento. Poco profesional por parte del Jefe y sus empleados. Se ponen de acuerdo para incubrir el mal manejo de sus empleados y la compañia

**AVISO..... NO LE RECOMIENDO ESTA COMPANIA A NADIE! TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO EN DEJARLE DEPOSITOS GRANDES A ESTA GENTE.. SON UNOS MENTIROSOS Y RAQUETEROS.** I had the worst experience with this company. I DO NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. When I cancelled my order with them, I got the biggest run around in getting my deposit back. When I first came to the company, I asked the manager, " if I cancel, will there be a problem or a penalty in getting my money back?" She assured me there would be no problem or penalty in getting my money back. When I cancelled, they ended up charging me 20% of my deposit for services NEVER rendered. They basically charged me for a free phone estimate and for me taking them MY money. I never signed or agreed to having 20% taken from my deposit or I would of NEVER left them so much money. ****WARNING**** I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and was very close to taking them to small claims court. It took nearly 6 weeks to get 80% of my money back. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and proficiency is ridiculous with these people. You are better off dealing with a mom and pop shop or a WELL reputable company.

Son de lo peor muy iresponsables y luego los llamas para los reglamos y no te pueden ayudar. Te ofresen lo mejor y recibes un servicio pesimo. Te dicen un precio y terminas pagando mas x que antes de entregarte tus pertenencias te quieren cobrar otras cargos como ya tienen tus pertenencias no te queda de otra q pagar para recuperarlas. No envíen nada con esta maldita compañía son unos pillos te roban a los jefes ni les importa su compañía no envíen nada con ellos se los estoy diciendo... acabo de pasar un mal rato con ellos y ellos no te pueden ayudar sabiendo q el error fue de ellos busquen otras alternativas

I went to Rosa Del Monte to deliver my items to Hollywood, Fl. They shipped my items to the warehouse in Miami, Fl. and said they didnt charge me for delivery. They said "I had requested items be delivered to Miami and I would pick up." On top of paying $600 to deliver a refrigerator and plasma tv, I am know being charged extra to have the items delivered to my home. Its been a week now and I was told they would fix this error with the NY office. So far, no call and I having no choice will have to pay an additional fee for delivery I thought was already paid for.

I had a very bad experience with this company a few years back, I was moving my stuff from pensilvannia to Puerto Rico ion one of the boxes I packed a collection of movies that I had. When my stuff arrived to the destination and I was cheking everything, I found out that more than 20 of my movies were stolen!!! But the thieves left the case I was so angry I paid to get robbed. I called and they told me that they couldnt do nothing . This company its the worst dishonest and very incompetent people.

Incompetence at its finest... You could post a quote request on their site, have them "call you" to only have it mysteriously and convieniently dissapear when you call them, and then the boss never is there... They tell you they will call you back and they never do. The post office or UPS is a better option, rather to wait for these jokesters. Too bad there isnt a rating for a negative star, because theyd get all of them. BEWARE!

Worse customer service ever! You ask a question and they give you the stupidest answers that have nothing to do with your question. Then you talk to them in english and they answer in spanglish. I will not do business with them.
