For the record I have never written an online review. So that tells you just how perfect our experience was with Sloane Moving & Storage. I highly recommend them! We immediately felt comfortable and confident with them from the time of the onsite estimate. The estimate was super accurate. Their prices were fair and competitive. They were helpful and friendly every time we called with questions. The day of the move they were friendly, professional, FAST, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They succeeded in providing a superior customer experience. We were %100 satisfied and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I recently had SLoane Moving & Storage move a piano to my home. I had purchased the piano from a private owner. The pricing for the job was very reasonable. The communication and coordination around the move was excellent. When the piano arrived, it was transferred with care for both the piano and the floors of my living room. Excellent, Hassle-Free Move! I recently moved my office and my staff of 10 to a new space, considerably smaller than our previous space. Not only was packing and the move smooth, but Connor met with each of my staff members, determined what we needed to take and leave, and figured out how it would all fit together. I have used Sloane multiple times and each time the experience has been better than the last. If you are moving dont think twice --- CALL SLOANE!

I had a small issue with a discrepancy in a quote that I received via phone and what I was charged on the day of my move but I contacted Mr. Pat via a letter and he rectify the situation. He was a man of his word and mailed me a check for the difference. Overall I was pleased with the way that my actual move took place. Its a family owned business and my belongings were handled with the upmost of care by the son and the nephew of the owner, Mr. Pat.

If moving can be considered a good experience, ours was a great one! The booking process with Connor and company was professional and helpful. We had two pickup locations. The crew, Angelo, Jacob, and Anthony, were polite, efficient, quick, and careful. The following day Angelo and Anthony left Pennsylvania on a 3.5 hour drive to Upstate, NY. A smooth on time delivery with caring movers. A very high recommendation for Sloane.

Just got done being moved by Jeff and Zayd. Very personable, hard working young men. The move went very smoothly and I would recommend this company to others. I chose them initially because someone answered the phone there on a Saturday and they also moved me on a Saturday in sweltering heat but nonetheless did a great job and worked around my schedule. The price was also very fair.

Sloane moved me into my first home last month. They were on time, efficient, and polite. On top of being professional, they were very creative in getting my big furniture pieces through my tiny stair case all the way up to the attic. They did this all without any scrapes or scratches to my walls, floors, and furniture! Call Sloane to make your move go smooth!

Horrible, the movers give away where you are moving to, to anyone who approaches them and asks. If you want privacy dont use this company. They also lose items or leave them behind. They dont box up everything if when you tell them to box up everything. They leave you stuff exposed to theft by people walking by.

Sloane moved my daughter from DC to Phila. Coordinating the move was easy. The move itself was exactly as planned. The guys were friendly, conscientious and efficient. Although moving is a total pain, using Sloane definitely made the process much easier! They could not have done anything better!

Condescending, rude, and unprofessional. They consistently made rude, demeaning comments throughout their work, and even tried to overcharge us (allegedly it was a mistake). There was so little care about what we wanted, and they had a poor attitude from the very start.
