I never rented a storage unit before so I did not know what to expect. What I did not expect was a beautiful storefront with all the supplies and accessories needed to make my move safe and efficient. And I did not expect was to have 2 well rounded sales assistants in both Deb and Allison. They answered each and every concern I had and were very informative and knowledgeable about each and every size unit they had available. They asked very important questions and gathered answers to help me find the exact size unit I needed. Their extended customer service and personalities make them second to none with making you feel comfortable storing your belongings. So much so that when I needed an additional unit a month later they were just a phone call away to again suit me with the right unit I needed. Reserving the correct unit was quickly done over the phone. Once my unit was reserved I was able to easily line up my movers needed to transport my belongings. Very clean units and professionally managed by awesome personnel. You just Got to love that extended knowledgeable customer service. Good workers like that are to find in this day and age. Keep up the good work ladies!

Very nice and clean storage place. Debbie was a great help when we couldnt decide which size unit we needed. We switched units several times after realizing we greatly underestimated how much stuff we had. They couldnt have been more helpful or nice about everything. The rolling carts were a great help in moving everything in too!

This is one of the best locations and service that I could ever receive. I have had my stuff stored there for 7 years now and could not be happier. I know my unit is safe and untouched and the staff is always so willing to help if I need anything. I highly recommend this location for anyone to rent either short or long term.

My experience with this Storage is excellent and the Customer service people are very helpful and greet u with a smile every time you go in to paid your Monthly payment or just to ask a question. I needed a place to store extra books. Allison was very helpful in showing me the spaces that were available, how it worked and how their units differ from other storage facilities.I most liked that they were well lit. They have climate controlled units and security around the clock protection.
