These great reviews HAVE to be spoofed. Are you kidding me? I will start with the good... the things they wrapped were wrapped well, and they were on time the first morning to pack up the truck. Now the bad. They were very clumsy. I watched my stuff get bumped into walls and scratched repeatedly. They underestimated the size of the truck needed and I ended up having to rent a U-Haul trailer that I had to tow with my truck. The quote that they gave was off. They quoted me 1900 but the final cost ended up being about 2700. I guess because they weigh interstate moves they could attribute the misquote to things that I might not have mentioned over the phone when they did the phone inventory with me. But there are so many things that were ruined. My move was from a house to a storage unit because my destination house was not ready. Upon unwrapping my furniture recently I found damage to furniture that was 3 months old prior to them touching it. They even placed an extremely expensive dining room table upside down in the truck without wrapping it. When I pointed out the damage they said they have a guy who can refinish it. My bedroom set is a king-size sleigh bed which they took apart but did not leave the hardware. It is now 3 months later and I am still sleeping on my guest bed awaiting the manufacturer to resend new hardware . For a three-bedroom house they moved so slowly that they had to take all of my furniture off to their storage lot. So I moved into my new house the night of the move with no furniture and had to buy an air mattress to sleep through the night. They were very difficult to get in touch with which scared the heck out of me. I called and called and they did not answer the next morning when they were supposed to show up with my stuff. They finally called to say they were 10 minutes away. I have moved over 5 times in the last 3 years because of my career. This was by far one of the worst moving companies Ive dealt with. They were very polite on the phone when I booked and seemed to be together but thats not who showed up at my door. Beware. Hopefully my furniture warranty will cover some of the damage they did.

We recently hired Keep it Moving help with our move and we were 110% satisfied with the kind, courteous care we received from the 3 young men who helped us move our entire household of belongings. They were methodical and gentle with our fragile items and were sure to take extra care with each item! We can not thank them enough and we highly recommend their services!

I hired them to move my things from my dorm to a storage facility and had an amazing experience. They where on time they carried everything down 5 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken and didnt complain. They where very professional and I will use them in the future.
