Lovely Scarlet

I have tried and tried to like this Salon...but there are too many negatives. Let me start off by saying that a couple of the female stylists are good , the nail technicians are excellent and the salon is neat and clean. That being said, the support staff and most of the other stylists are nasty pieces of work. I dont know why they have such a sense of entitlement, or think theyre superior to anyone, but they do. Theyre very gossipy about everyone behind their back. You can hear them gossiping about their clients , while the client is in the salon! The receptionists are degrading to customers, condescending and , frankly , mean. They dont make you feel welcome at all. Its like your intruding on them. Lots of eye rolling at the counter, side eye and an attitude of contempt. The services are ridiculously over priced because I think they fancy themselves as a premier facility. Theyre not. Theyre stuck in the nineties, the colorists are average , they pitch that they use one product, but behind the scenes theyre pouring cheaper product into the containers. If you want to feel smarmy and want to be treated like youre inferior , by a bunch of know nothing arrogant uninteresting millennial women.., well then....this is the ideal place for you.

Changes IsAwful

This place is awful. Do not get waxing done at Changes unless you would like to be disfigured. I just had the worst brazilian wax of my life. I am swollen, have raw skin, and severe bruising...oh and lots of hair left. The so-called esthetician took an hour to do my wax (they normally take 15-20 minutes). She also didnt even attempt to do the back. I guess I should be grateful she doesnt know what a brazilian wax is or else I would have raw, bruised skin in other places. Can I also mention again that I still have a lot of hair left? She also repeatedly kept telling me it was my fault for waiting so long to get a wax and thats why it wasnt working. I call absolute BS! She clearly had no idea what she was doing or the salon had poor equipment. Probably both. have been getting brazilian waxes on and off for about 8 years now and have gone 6+ months between waxes with no issues whatsoever. I have even had waxes while traveling/living in third world countries that were 1000X better than this wax. I have never in my life had bruising, swelling, or skin ripped off until coming to Changes. I will never, ever, ever, ever go here again or let anyone who I know go here. It is truly awful.

Horrible customer service!!!!! I agree with the comments below. I went in asking for a hilite and was charged for hilites in addition to multiple other services. The stylist failed to inform me that she was performing these other services until it was time to pay. It was at this point that I realized my bill was over $60 more than the advertised price online. Changes also has horrible customer service. After contacting the owner, Marla Gibson, about this issue I was told that I had agreed to the costs and that my hair looked fabulous. In fact, I had never agreed to the charges and Ms. Gibson never saw my hair. You will be overcharged if you go to Changes.

I went in for a Brazilian waxing. The Lady was nice but half way threw I felt like she should be talking in a Russian voice. I have had Brazilian done before but i moved so i was trying to find one closer to my new place. She didnt do a full Brazilian because she didnt do the back side yet i paid for one. I had alot of wax left down there that took two days to get all of it off. I was so sore from her waxing the same areas that i went home and sat on an ice pack. I can handle pain I have done Brazilian before, I will not be going back for a waxing, and because this was so bad i wont even try any of their other services

DO NOT GO THERE. I had gone there to get my lash extensions done. I am very particular about my lashes coming from a lady in Idaho-- anywho, the lash lady lied to me. told me they were individual lashes when she did clusters and did way to much glue. I had asked her what size and she also lied about that. after I complained she said well we can fix it at your fill. there was no fill. my lashes fell out. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! You would think the manager would apologize after complaints or maybe after refund... nope. Dont waste your money.

Loved The experience!!! I went in for my appointment with Sean Peterson on Saturday 8th of March 2014. The moment I gave my name they took my coat and asked if I would like some water and poured some for me. While I was waiting I was asked if I wanted a glace of juice (which was really delicious). I go back tomorrow for a message, sounds so inviting. Thank You Sean for the "killer do" love the advice too!!! Would recommend this place--definitely!

I cannot comment on any other services other than the Extreme Lash extensions. I am in love! They are amazing and I look forward to going Everytime! Amy G. Is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is fast but precise and always makes me feel comfortable. I have recommended to friends and they cannot wait to go and experience all the great things Ive been telling them! The facility is welcoming and clean, always smells so good!

I have been here multiple times for massage and spa services. My spa experience was amazing. Terri is an outstanding body worker. Has great beingness. I have also received bodywork from Lawrence. It felt like a sports massage, not like a spa. I was also cold on both visits. I would come back and try it again, every bodyworker is different.

I was happy with the haircuts from this salon until I felt like I was robbed. Twice their advertised Master stylist charge!!! I agree with the snooty environment but I dealt with it for the good haircut but now being robbed on top of it has pushed it over the top. Definitely do not recommend this place.

My sister brought me here for my 30th birthday last week and I had an absolutely delightful experience! The staff were so friendly and the technicians were so skilled and welcoming. I cant remember enjoying a spa day quite so much. :)

Went above and beyond for my husbands birthday yesterday. Very welcoming staff. I actually felt that we were undercharged for all the services we were provided, compared to similar services at other spas. Very happy!

I went to changes for my wedding hair and makeup, absolutely loved my hair and makeup, received tons of compliments on my hair...only downside is it was obscenely expensive, $187 for bridal hair and makeup.
