I decided to get my eyebrows threaded instead of waxed. My first experience there wasnt the best; my eyebrows looked like i did nothing to them. I went there a second time, it was a different person this time, again my eyebrows did not look good. In fact she rushed the process to go do someone else. Im not one to complain so I paid and left. I went back again today after work and it was a different person, i crossed my fingers and hoped for the best this time. Unfortunately, this person did an extremely horrible job. One eyebrow was 3x thinner than the other. This time i spoke up and told her it wasnt even. She insisted that it was so i asked if she could get another persons opinion ( it turned out to be the woman who did my eyebrows the second time). She tried fixing it, it was much worse. They were both unapologetic, I was very annoyed. Again i paid and left. Im NEVER going back. I dont recommend anyone does. Very poor customer service. Im forced to fix my eyebrows with a pencil. I have never had an experience this bad with my eyebrows. Again do not go there.

This salon is awesome. I just moved to the area and was in the shopping center and noticed the salon and decided to try it out. Im mixed, and have very curly hair that I have had chemically straightened. After having my hair examined by the lovely ladies working that evening, I decided to go with their suggestion of a "Brazilian blowout" or "re-bonding" as they referred to the process. I couldnt be any happier with the results! This treatment is perfect for my needs. The process took a while, but I was kept thoroughly entertained by the wonderful staff and clients. The atmosphere is totally different and superior to any salon Ive visited prior. There is a wonderful vibe of cultural mixing and happy people in general. I just went back today to get my eyebrows threaded and a pedicure, and they did an exceptional job just as I expected. Highly recommend!!!

I was referred to this salon about 2 years by a friend of mine. Since then, I am a frequent customer. I go there to get my hair styled and my eyebrows threaded. The owner Rashmi is very professional and a real sweetheart. Zara, the other stylist who works there is also extremely nice and talented. I have always been highly pleased with my hair style. Rashmi in fact gave me a special oil that has stopped my falling hair and now my hair is actually growing. I get a lot of compliments from my friends, family, and strangers after I get my hair cut and styled by Rashmi. I highly recommend this place. Try it out and you will become a regular customer.

I have been coming here for a while. My mother had a bad experience with a staff memember there and she said she wouldnt go back. She did decide to go back and when she met the owner, my mother expressed her last experience and the owner assured her that the employee was no longer there. Now, I have known the owner for a while and believe me when I say that if there is a complaint to her, she will address it. Rashmi (owner) has new employees there, so to the previous customers you may want to try it again. I have never been disappointed with her and she does not like it when her customer is unsatisfied.

I previously went to Mimis nail salon for an eyebrow wax and due to them being dirty I got a bacterial rash, so when going into this place I was hesitant about getting my eyebrows done...they we very clean, like the salon was just cleaned just before walking in, their wasnt a long wait, Im happy with my eyebrows, she waxed and threaded them they are even. I will be back to get my eyebrows done. They also have a cute selection of jewelry...reasonably priced... Laid back, not snobby atmosphere they werent too chatty, but they were friendly...

I had a horrible experience today, beside getting my eyebrows done my nails were not acceptable the color i wanted well had the first time she did my nails were nasty the polish look very sloppy , my pinky nail on my left hand is shorter than the one on the right , then she did them again and out of all of them that she did I only like 3 nails including both hands 2 on my left hand and 1 on my right thank god I didnt pay for this , new to the area and I definitely wouldnt recommend this place

Some have bad reviews some have good ones, From me doing hair over 10 years and my own eye brows and others waxing, the threading is amazing and so clean! I literally never let anyone do my eyebrows but Ms. Sharma changed my mind about that, now only 2 people touch them! Ive been in to this salon several times and never be disappointed when it came to waxing, color, or even clothing! Yes I said clothing! Come through and get your own opinion on it!

This salon is amazing, I have been going here ever since they opened up and have referred multiple people to this salon. The owner is a sweet heart and always takes care of my requests. Everyone who works there is also excellent. I normally get a facial from here once every two months and my skin significantly feels and looks healthier each time. Love this place.

I have been going to Nu Look Salon for about 5 years. The owner Rashmi is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. When I try to go elsewhere to get them done, I always have to come back to Rashmi for her to fix them. She does an amazing job!!! I have learned my lesson, so I have traveled from Fairfax and DC just so Rashmi can do my eyebrows. She is the best!

This place is really unprofessional. They do not know how to behave with customers. Its like the street stores. I am not ever going back. Make sure to take receipt when you purchase anything, they deny that you paid them.

Customer service is so poor that you will get the feeling that you are in a remote area in india. The way of talking with the customer is rediculeous. I am surprised who issues license to her.

Stylistic are very unprofessional! Went there for a simple roller set and my hair wasnt even close to that. Hair look like I couldve did it at home! Never again!
