Had the worst experience in my life. Went in for a manicure they bugged me over and over to get gels. I finally said yes. They bumped me around between 3 techs. Tried to use old thick nail polish on me. When I pointed it out after three different trys with 3 colors they blamed me for not having enough time. Plus they went right ahead in put the old product back into there stock. Nails started falling off after two days. Called and tech said she would fix it no charge obviously. When I got there one of the managers yelled at me in front of everyone saying I was trying to get free service. The tech did not stand up for me and that it was a new problem. They always overbook, shuffle you around between techs because they are always running late and OVERBOOK!!! The techs are terrible, do not have enough experience and are always trying to bump you up to a more expensive job. I have heard from friends that they had similar experiences and would never go back. It blows my mind that they can have such a high rating. They must text them in themselves⁉️

Not a great service at all. I had an appointment for a haircut. When asked if I wanted to have my hair washed, I said "yes, if its part of the service". She then said, "lets see what you want to have done first." Then as soon as I told her, she started cutting. My ears came out uneven, she nicked me with the clippers, never gave me a mirror to look at the back of my head, and didnt even bother to blow-dry my hair to get all the clipped hair out. I was in and out of the chair in 10 minutes. Not worth the money at all. Terrible service for the money

I have been going here for years. I use Lynn (Lein). She is wonderful. Only downside is the cost, but it is totally worth it. I went someplace else recently in order to save money, and they absolutely ruined my hair. I happily went back to Lynn and paid the extra money knowing I would get a great haircut and fabulous color. She is able to sort of read your personality and tell what will work for you. She is worth every penny!!

I have been using the services at H2O for several years now. I have had manicures, pedicures and haircuts. All of the technicians I have used have been professional and have done a fantastic job. The people at the front desk are welcoming, friendly and efficient. All of my experiences have been positive and I highly recommend the salon. Leslie Shear

They do hair well but do not go in to get your nails done go to a cheaper salon for that the gel nail paint they used only stayed for a few days before it started peeling and they refused to fix and told me to wash my hands less which is ridiculous considering the cheap places in the mall will take the time to fix it with no problem

I have never been to a salon where the pedi lasts 3+ weeks until I went here!!! No joke. Pedi lasts 3.5 weeks usually. Everywhere else I go, the pedi only lasts 2 weeks TOPS. Plus, all the nail technicians are super-friendly and helpful, especially Nina! :) For reference, I have been coming here for almost 7 years.

I followed my favorite stylist Tony Lopez to this salon. I have had a totally opposite experience from the previous reviewer. Tony does a great job with cut color and style. The salon is full service and also offers facials, massages and manicures. I have enjoyed both the facials and the massages.

I absolutely love the experience in this salon. Courtney does a grat job on my hair and my hair is not easy to get looking good. If you want a manicure, no one is better than Brenda. I have not used the other services YET; but I have no doubt they will be great, too.

I love the staff and the owners are always helpful and friendly. Duke is the best stylist I have ever had and I would recommend him to anyone! Nina is awesome with nails, they always look great and the experience is always relaxing!

Have seen 2 stylists over the last 2 years for mens cut and beard trim. They both are simply the BEST!. Polite, courteous, friendly, While this is a womens salon, you will walk out looking your best.

Robin is a great hairstylist! Cannot recommend her enough. Her hair its are sharp. She listens to what you want. She is also very skilled with hair color.
