I recently visited the new eldersburg location after hearing my friends discussing new and or closer places to go considering I drive to Robert Andrews to get my hair done, started to become a hassle. I made my appointment at random with a girl named amber she was very polite, respectful treated me very well which is always a plus but the two color hi-lights she picked out for me were perfect! Never been so pleased with the color, cut and style. Definitely will be returning with friends and family! Thank-you signature for the pleasant experience.

I was visiting my sister and needed as haircut while here so I took a chance on this place and was SO glad I did. Everyone I dealt with, from the people on the phone to the one who took my payment afterward, was so professional and friendly. I will definitely make a point to come here whenever Im back in town. Beth was my hairstylist and she was very knowledgeable about my hair type and obviously knows what shes doing. Bottom line is my hair looks great and their prices are reasonable.

I usually dont spend 50 dollars on a haircut. I thought it would mean better quality. IT doesnt!!! My hairstylist didnt talk to me. She also did a terrible job. She didnt cut my hair as short as I wanted. When I asked her to cut it shorter she rushed so much that she left my hair uneven but she also forgot to cut several strands of hair. They are 2 inches longer than the rest of my hair. I have never had such a terrible experience getting my haircut.

I have been seeing Ashley for 3 years now. Last week I called up to make an appointment, and they told me she doesnt work here anymore. I was shocked and very upset. She never informed any of her clients that she was leaving. The owner never called either. Now I am forced to go through the trouble of finding a new hair dresser. Its a pain. They told me that Becky can do my hair, but I am not familiar with her.

Prom day... Jessica SAVED US!!! My daughter and I went to another salon and the person there did her best, but it really fell short. We had an appt with Jennifer for make-up (Incidentally, she is FABULOUS and does GORGEOUS wedding make-up too!!) and Jessica noticed our dilemma with the updo and saved the day!!! She did a BEAUTIFUL job and was VERY knowledgeable and offered GREAT advice. VERY happy!!!

I have been the happiest customer at Signature for about 5 years (since I left another Ellicott City salon with no regrets). Skip and his amazing staff are completely customer-oriented, the atmosphere is great, prices are reasonable for the quality services received, and most importantly, I love how Lena does our whole familys hair (especialy mine!!).

Jenn S. is a supremely talented stylist. I saw her at the new Eldersburg location. She suggested a great color and highlight combination that I am thrilled with. I have received numerous compliments. She did a fabulous job cutting my hair as well. I wont see anyone else!

Terrie is so amazing! She takes her time and makes sure you walk out not just satisfied but ecstatic about your new look. The two times I have seen her, she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. I have super thick ethnic long hair and she knows exactly what to do with it!

They really know how to cut mens hair at this shop. The experience was top notch from the consultation to the amazing shampoo. I have thin hair,but Bobbie knew just how to cut it to make it look a lot fuller.Love the Aveda mens products.Definately going back!
