Yoti is seriously so attitudinal. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Yes, she does a good job with eyebrow threading, but she has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I waked in and she went on about how bad my eyebrows looked and who did them. I will admit, someone did a horrible job and my eyebrows were in poor shape, but she made me feel so uncomfortable and I was completely taken back by her rude demeanor and lack of professionalism. I thought, maybe she had a bad day and I made the horrid mistake of going back. She was just as rude and I again felt disrespected. I swore I would never go back and thank goodness I did not!! My sister just called me to tell me about such a terrible experience she had with her after being a faithful customer for over a year. She yelled at my sister and scolded her for the dumbest reason ever! I wasnt surprised because I had already seen her true colors. This lady is the worst. Worst customer service I have ever seen!!!

Ive been with Joythi for almost a year now, I was referred by a friend. My 1st visit was for the Brazilian Waxing, she made sure I was comfortable and she explained everything that was going to happen. No double dipping as Ive heard horror stories of other places Now Ive graduated into the eyebrow threading....and I absolutely love my results every time. Joythi is very professional never had to wait, environment is always clean. The only fault I will say she has is she is a PERFECTIONIST, with that being said she will make sure you leave happy! I will continue to be happy customer!!!

Joythi is a true perfectionist who will not settle for anything less than her best work.She is very attentive to her customers needs and pays close attention to detail. I reviewed this salon years about but I dont see it here so I thought I should write another one. I drive 30 minutes each way for Joythi- shes an amazing aesthetician! Ive been going to Its Amazing for 9.5years and the service has been the same from day 1 (always going above and beyond). If you havent been to Joythi you are missing out. A years ago my mom asked if my eyebrows were stenciled on. Shes that good and they always look that perfect.

I love this place!!!! Just went here for the first time today because the reviews were great and my goodness did this place live up to its expectations! Got a leg waxing & just like everyone has already said-at the end she will make sure you absolutely love it. You will not feel awkward at all if you have to tell her that she missed a spot. Jyoti will do an awesome job on your eyebrows. Its best to go to her after your eyebrows have grown out so she can give you the optimal eyebrow shape for your face. However, if you are going to her to clean up eyebrows you already like then she will maintain the shape well.
