I would not buy a car from here ever again. The salesman we had (Walter) was fine and personable - no complaints there, but every other experience there has been absolutely poor customer service. Whenever I call the VIP service line, I never hear back. I had an issue with my brand new Landrover and had to get the national Land Rover people invovled and called another dealer in New York myself to try to track down my missing items. Even at the end of all that - no apology from the manager. I would DEFINITELY NOT buy the VIP package its not worth it. its basically a $300 car wash. I was waiting to see if the VIP service improved, but based on all of my experiences over the last year, i would never go back. When you are interested in buying a car they are pleasant as can be, but the service after the fact is inexcusable. Especially for selling higher end cars.

I had a few toubles with the service dept a few years ago so I stopped going to A & L. I recently received a post card stating they had changed their service dept, so I decided to give them another try. I called 6/24 and made an appointment for 7/1. On 7/2 I get a call stating I need a part for my Landrover which wont be until 7/6 at which time my car should be done. I received no call so Friday @ 2pm I called and was told that because the part just arrived that I would have my car done by Lunch Time Monday. I called @ 2PM on 7/9 and the car is still not finished with NO honest explanation. Today is 7/10 and I just called the dealership again and had to leave a message. I did receive a call back but my car is still not finished. They are saying by 5PM, but who knows. Just not the way to run a "STAR SERVICE" program.

Great customer service, loving it. I got a BMW from here. Brandon was awesome. I moved here from out of state and had an out of state license for a while. It didnt stop me from buying a car. I got it custom made and the car was here in the time frame (6-8 weeks). When I came to pick my car with my out of state license I couldnt get it. Brandon helped me in all ways possible. He was very helpful and courteous. They understood my problem and kept the car safe and secure until I got a PA license. I was so happy to realize that my car was in safe hands until I pick it up. I have a VIP package and it takes me about 15 minutes to get my car washed. Overall a great experience. I am a satisfied customer. I will buy another car from here within a blink of an eye.

What a joke! Talk about a horrible experience! I was going to trade my current BMW in on a new one. I worked with them over the phone while I was out of state to get a general deal put together. We made arrangement for me to come up on a specific day to purchase the car and I even put a down payment on the car. When I arrived at the dealership, they had SOLD THE CAR! EVER AFTER I PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON IT!!!! NO ONE called me to tell me so I had a completely wasted trip. I called the GM to express my frustration and never even received a call back. I now own a 2012 Audi and not only is the car great, the dealership, Imports by Day, was a pleasure to work with. If youre looking for a BMW, DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be treated horribly.

We are a three BMW car family. Two came from the A&L Motors dealership. I couldnt be happier with both the sales and service staff. Brandon put my husband and my son in the last two cars we purchased. We were looking for one, and with the deal we got we just had to get the second. The service staff is great. I didnt realize how spoiled I was until I took my Audi to the Audi dealership and was not treated the same way. At A&L I drop off my car and I am confident everything is done right plus. A&L is not the closest BMW dealership to where I live, but I prefer to go there. I will buy my next car here as well.

Flawless! Personal expert service, I felt like a celebrity! Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly the entire experience was a dream. My new Jag is amazing, and was delivered to me without any issues! They explained all of the bells and whistles (of which there are many!!!) thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The entire process, from my trade, to my cost and financing options were all handled so quickly and efficiently I was floored! They far exceeded my expectations!

Horrible experience. I walked in around 2pm on a Friday afternoon to a nearly empty showroom. Took someone 10 minutes to come and talk with me. When I said I wasnt sure if I wanted a 17 XE or a 17 Evoque, the guy kept pushing the evoque without letting me sit in both. After the horrible push, I asked for pricing with both and the salesman would not give me a straight answer. Its a shame, I was ready to pull the trigger this weekend. Definitely going to Bobby Rahal in Wexford this week.

I recently purchased a 3 series from A&L and everything about the dealership impressed me. From the salesman (Brandon) who helped me extensively, to the service guys, to Nate and Alex, and even the men who washed my car. I signed up for the VIP package and it is very worth it. I can come in and get car washes whenever iI want, and my car always looks spotless. Everybody at the dealership was personable and extemely polite. I would purchase another vehicle from A&L any day.

Worst service ever, waited 5 hours,they dont keep track of services. They constantly argue and talk back to you. I did full service and my breaks went out 2 months later, then changed all tires in Dec. They dont call back and transfer you constantly. Told manager about bad experiences in Details and hopefully fixes issues but I am not coming back Ill rather drive the extra miles the the one far up north.

You have a better chance of getting in contact with the president of the United States than a person at A&L Motors. Its basically impossible to find out if you car is ready. Nobody every returns your call and you can never get in contact with an actual person, only voice mails. It makes you wonder if anyone even works here.

At first I had a questionable expierance over initial pricing on a Jag, but after talking for a little with their Sales Manager Dan, he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and not only that but beat Bobby Rahals price on a new 17 XE. Overall pretty good expierance and will be a returning customer.

Bought our 10 RR sport here. Crooks. Horrible customer service. Couldnt determine problem with our 06 LR3, recommended Trans replacement. $4500.. didnt fix the problem. Dealership in Portland said it was an electrical issue, fixed it for free after hearing how bad we were mistreated at this dealership.
