Just yesterday 6-2-17, I took my car for an alignment at Precision Auto Tune and everything was at great service customer satisfaction wise. But all that began to change when after 2 hours of waiting, no biggy on the waiting part. I went out to make sure they dont mess anything up on my car that "I" would have to fix. I just went for an alignment, they see me outside as they lift it up on the rack and stick a iron rod under my tire and start moving up and down on both fronts. They then came to me and said "come, I want to show you something". They then proceeded to tell me my ball joints are bad, respecting their working environment I was like how much would that cost? Not checking the ball joints myself which is a bad move on my part. They priced me out at $589.90. I went ahead and done my research and called a few of my buddies and definitely realized I can do it myself in 15-20 minutes at the expense of $28 at max. This is when their customer service went down hill. If it wasnt for my front adjustment bolts being hard to adjust they had to get someone over that knew what they were doing to adjust it and he realized my car wasnt actually straight and aligned and had to go back to the rear to adjust those as well. While the other guy stood and stared at me because I didnt fall for his fiasco. I asked if I had warranty on the alignment they said "yeah, up to 6 months" well when I proceeded to check out they wrote down that my warranty for the alignment was void due to me declining "ball joint replacement" when it didnt need to be replaced! This company has a bad rep for bad workers due to bad customer service. Only why I was at the mechanic shop was because I do not own a alignment machine. But I will never repeat my service here ever again.

I previously gave them a great score for being reliable and quick when they sent me their survey; however that has changed. My husband and I are new to the area and have both taking our cars here for routine oil changes. I took my car on the 4th of June for oil change, received a good report back they did recommend I complete a fuel injection. Fine; I was going to bring back after my trip. The following Wednesday 6/8th drove to FL and my check engine light came on, I went to advance auto for read out of code and was advised it was the camshaft. Once I returned from my trip I brought car back to location along w/ check engine code print out, I explained the situation to guy at front counter. He advised me they would need to complete their own diagnostic - thats fine and fair. However I will need to pay $79 for them to complete and also pay what necessary repair may be needed. Not once did, he review the information I tried to show him. Instead he advised me to bring car back for their technician to perform diagnostic after we pay for it of course. All I wanted were for them to check to see if they camshaft was loose during oil change or something, instead I just received a bush off. Thank you Precision Tune; I will never conduct business with you again and hope others will look elsewhere for their car needs.

All my customer service expectations were met. Iv been here many times, and each time Im in and out in half the time they quote me (primarily on oil changes). They let me know about potential issues and what to expect over time with my vehicle if I dont get something fixed right then and there. The best part is that they never pressured me to do something, especially if I wasnt able to invest more money into my car at the time. Also, if there was an issue that would be more beneficial for me to fix myself they not only explained it to me, but practically showed me how to do it. One time I had a timing chain guard break off inside my motor and the noise was terrible. They said they needed to run a full diagnostic (understandable), and only charged me a portion of the diagnostic since they found the problem so fast. Any other place would have charged me for the full diagnostic. My only negative about this place is that some parts are more expensive than buying them out right. This of course is due to the warranty. However, if you find a part cheaper somewhere else they will agree to install it for you. This can always save you some extra $$$

I have been a customer of Precision Tune Auto Care for over 12 years and I have always found the technicians and managers very knowledgeable, easy to speak with, willing to help in cases of emergencies especially when they are crowded. I have had to go out of town for work at the last minute and my car was not working well. I have found myself pulling in to the parking lot seeing cars everywhere, but as soon as I have spoken with staff (manager) they let me know that the will pull the car in check it out to see if I can make it to work and then schedule to bring the car in for full service. They have never left me out in the cold. They have prices listed for easy review, and the service reps always let you know what you need and will give an estimate of how much it may cost when you bring the vehicle in for its next service. I recommend them to anyone who does not have a regular auto care center.

I came in they looked over my vehicle for a diagnostic test ... they thought they got the problem o they reset my light and I paid a pretty penny... they told me to get a gas cap from a dealer.. I went and got one which was 30 more dollars.. Then when I hit a hundred miles my light came back on. SO here I am again waiting to find out what it could be Ive been here over an hour now. and this time I dont have to pay for another test. Could be because I called right away when the lite came back on . And FOR US WOMEN THAT DONT KNOW. when you get your car looked at,, the garage will reset the warning light so it is off after they are done looking at it. And when you drive another 100 miles if the light comes back on that means the problem is still there. was never fixxed. so make sure you call back the garage and tell them because they SHOULD go ahead and take another look for free .

THE WORST EVER ...my boyfriend took my car here for an oil change while I was at work. When he told me he took it there I instantly became mad b/c I know the service is awful. So I had my newborn daughter in the car with me I notice my car was leaking oil. Went back up there he said oh we fixed it. If it was fixed it wouldnt be leaking oil. Then he claim they put a temporary plug in it and the next time I get an oil change I will need to get it fixed. It hasnt been a week and my car is leaking a lot of oil. Ive only driven my car to the store, the bank and to my daughters doctor appointment .....my car motor can blow up. Oh and magically my right axle same side where the oil pan is located is leaking fluid. This is the worst, uneducated group of guys ever. DO NOT take your car there. You get what you pay for. Im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
