This family owned establishment has been taking care of my families automotive needs for over the past twenty years or more. They are reliable, honest, friendly and affordable. The Sprawls brothers have kept the Creel Tire reputation intact and are always raising the standards for competitors in the Pee Dee. If your vehicle is out of factory warranty, there is no other option in Florence that matches their level of professionalism. Make sure to call and set an appointment.

I rarely leave reviews however the service here is exceptional. Good honest owners on site as well as their employees which defines a successful business. Ive been going here for 15+ years and wouldnt think of going elsewhere. If they cant fix it, rest assured that whoever they refer you to will be honest and affordable. Great business ethics. I have taken both of my cars there for care for the last three years. Never have I been treated any way except as though I was part of the family. Every time Ive had a problem, theyve taken care of me and gone far out of their way in the service they provide. Ive been driving for 25 years and never have I had better service than the guys at Creel.

Ive been by here a couple of times, first for a minor tire repair for a slow leaking tire and then I needed a quick tire for an old vehicle and they came through with flying colors both times! How many times have you been surprised at how low your bill was when getting repairs! These guys are top notch!

My wife was traveling north on I-95 and her tire pressure sensor was acting up. She called me and identified where she was in SC. I googled tire stores in the area and guided her to Creels. One word sums it up "Fantastic". They took care of her right away and had her on the road in no time.

Ive been here four times for car service, tire service (on tires bought somewhere else), and finally for tires on two vehicles. They are always the lowest price in town (lower than Sams Club on tires), always fast, and always do everything with the customer in mind. First rate!
