I had been taking my car here for years. They had replaced a wheel bearing previously and said that one and one other needed to be replaced and it would by $900. Chocran subaru said it would be $600 so I took it to them instead. The dealership said the wheel bearings were fine, but someone had banged out the detent and loosened my axel nuts. Also a brake caliper had seized and they replaced it under warranty. My car had been inspected by the dealership 2 weeks previous to this. Best case their mechanic did not install the wheel bearing correctly and one detent was banged out somehow. It seems more likely that a mechanic porpossly damaged my car. They refunded $50 for the dealership service and my alignment policy, but I will never trust them again.

These people are out to rip u off..went there at monroeville mall location on a Sunday bc my car would not drive and nothing else was open..figured id give it a shotand see if they would fix my car bc power steering was leaking..asked them to check hose and when I came to pick it up they said I needed whole new rack and pinion which was 700 dollars..I said cant u just fix hose? They said no that is not possible.well went to another shop next day they fixed hose and car has not had a problem ever since..it was 60 dollars for repair..thank god I was not a little old lady bc if I was I would have paid 700 dollars to get my car fixed..I would never reccomend anyone to take their car there!

Dropped my truck off to figure out where a knock was coming from and to fix it. They took 24 hours to tell me it was a tie rod, and charged me $300. After immediately leaving the shop I noticed the knock was still there and my truck is still not safely drivable. I return it back to the shop; they keep my truck for 3 days. I specifically stated if its a job they cant do Ill take it to the dealer, and they assured me they could fix it. On the 3rd day I went to the shop and waited for hours, only for them to tell me they cant figure out whats wrong with the truck. Biggest waste of time and money Ive spent with a repair shop.

I like taking my car here, I think they do a decent job and are accurate with time and cost estimates. They have a good selection of tires and offer financing with their credit card. They also typically warranty work for a year. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful with questions. However, I feel uncomfortable when the manager is working, as he is always in a rush and makes you feel uncomfortable with his answers if you ask any questions.

Dropped my car off for inspection and told me I needed a muffler but they couldnt find one for my car. I get a call a little later and was told they found one for over 600.00 dollars! I told them to just give me my car back and took it someplace else and was told nothing was wrong with the muffler. Dont go there!

Free alignments for life is a good program especially if you have an off road vehicle. But be forewarned that if you have a suspension modification it will void the program.
