The guys there were very rude to me and were trying to guilt me the moment I got there about how busy they were, and how "nice" they were being by taking a look at my car. I walked in knowing what part needed to be fixed, and all I wanted was an estimate of how much it would cost, as I was getting quotes from shop to shop. Instead, they looked at every part EXCEPT the one I specified, as I sat there for 40 minutes waiting. Sherman finally comes back with the part in his hand that I KNEW needed to be fixed, couldnt even give it a proper name (main relay), as I pointed the words out that were clearly written on it, and then said that it would cost $200 to plug in this piece. A piece that if I had had tools for, I could have just opened the board, plugged it in, then screwed the board back on. This was the worst experience I believe I have ever had, and I feel as though just because I am a woman, I was not taken seriously when I walked through those doors. Not to mention the outrageous pricing. Will not be going back.

I made a visit to this meineke to get someone to look at my car because my check engine light was on. I smelled some exhaust coming from under the hood of my car, so I figured there must be something wrong with the exhaust system. A mechanic looked at my car and told me that I needed to replace my entire exhaust system on my car in order to fix the exhaust leak. Meineke wanted to charge be 1200 dollars to replace the exhaust system. I went back home to my fathers friends car shop and had the owner look at my car for a second opinion. The owner, who has been a mechanic for several years had told me that I did not need the entire exhaust system replaced, and that if I had needed to replace the exhaust system, it should not have costed anywhere near 1200 dollars to fix, but less than half of the price that meineke wanted to charge me. This company tried to pull one over me. If you go to get your car serviced here, be EXTREMELY CAREFUL. They are looking to be screw over customers who do not know any better.

Obviously using a fake account for my privacy. Took advantage of an inspection sale. Three out of the four people ahead of me all had something wrong that prevented them from passing inspection. My turn and I was told I needed to spend 400 bucks to pass inspection and that my car was unsafe to drive. Being very skeptical I took it to my mechanic instead. He told me that what I was told needed to be replaced was almost new and that he had replaced it the year prior and that the rubber seals had some dry rot but the fittings themselves were presine. I passed with flying colors. So, either the Meineke inspector was incompetent or dishonest. Or my mechanic that Ive been using for years without issue was mistakening. I suspect the prior is true.

The employees at Meineke were super helpful and worked with me, even though I had some extenuating circumstances, which caused other car care companies to refuse me service. All of the employees I spoke to and encountered were friendly and responsive to my needs. I would greatly recommend to anyone living in Greensboro! They charged me the exact estimated cost and service was friendly and quick!

Owner Victor...Horrible...I wanted either refund or free oil changed they promised and did not respect. The owner very rude saying (I rather loose your business that refund you $16) over their mistake. I along with my 3 family members (brother in law, mother, uncle) will no long do business with them again!!!!!!
