"I paid over $560 for nothing" !!!! RIP OFF Recently I moved to Pittsburgh, from Buffalo, NY. I went to Lifetime Auto Center (5711 Forward Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217) because I live across the street and I had to get my PA inspection sticker, oil change and passenger front tire valve repairs. They took money for oil change and all the other things but didnt DO ANYTHING. Luckily I check the engine oil, and told them to change. This time they did for "free". They charged money for the wiper blades but didnt change them either. Even after arguing they claimed that they have changed my wiper blades. The "new" blades were dusty, I am too frustrated to argue with them. They also claimed that they have replaced my catalytic converter but I doubt. I am positive that they just fixed whatever problem there was (??) but didnt replace with a new one!!! I am driving back and forth from Pittsburgh and Buffalo almost every alternate weekend and never had any issue with my car. They took money for oil change, but they forgot to change oil, $33 for "dusty" wiper blades, $17 for tire valve!!!! I guess just for the sake of inspection sticker, I had to Pay $560 and they hardly did anything. They are not honest!!!

I really hate to say it, Brad the Manager at the Forward ave Location, really has no Idea how a business should be run, or how to do customer service. Brad will Lie right to your face or on the phone. He told me my truck was done, and it was a month later till I got it back. They really have no Idea what they are doing in Brads shop. Forward ave shop has one good tech Ken, and the rest... Never mind. I am not telling you what to do, but you will not see me or any friends of mine back at any such location for any kind of vehicle service, maintenance, or repairs. Sorry, if i had to rate them between 1 and 10, I would rate them a -5979! They plain Rip you off! My truck took a month to get some repairs done, and other shops have done more work than they did in less than a wk. They cost me over $2500.00 in vehicle rental due to the Lack of my own truck, on top of the $1700.00+ in repairs. when they told me I was paid in full just under $500. You do the math. They SUCK!!!!

They are completely incompetent. I took my car there for inspection and to fix the air conditioning. When they finished the car a week later, the air conditioning still didnt work because they forgot to "charge it" (even though the receipt said that they checked it.) I noticed immediately and took it back, and they fixed it. When I got home the engine light and AT lights came on. It took another week and I had to bring it in THREE MORE times until they fixed their mistakes. They were at least "nice" enough not to charge me to fix their mistakes. They finally managed to get the lights to stay off, but it still drives funny. A week later the air conditioning didnt work (they werent sure that they truly fixed the AC initially) and I took it back. They didnt even look at it until the 3rd day it was there, and then they actually LOST MY CAR KEYS. They offered to replace them, but its still a tremendous inconvenience. I am never going there again.

I was just left stranded at this auto shop!!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars on service here and this is how they repay me!!!!!! I dropped off my car for an estimate only he told me the estimate would be done before closing and that he would call. I show up at exactly one or two minutes before closing to see why he hasnt called and/or whats going on. BRAD IS NOT THERE!!!! THE DOORS ARE LOCKED!!! THIS IS SATURDAY!!! He compromised my second job through lyft not to mention the gross and disgusting disrespect!!!!!! CALFOS HERE I COME!!!!!!

Dropped my work van off for state inspection and got a call the next morning that it failed inspection because the rear wheel bearing was worn and needed replaced for approximately $500. Since the van is still under powertrain warranty I decided to bring it to the dealer to repair. They had 2 mechanics look at it and they couldnt find anything wrong with any of the wheel bearings. Day Ford didnt even charge me for the diagnosis. Will never go to Lifetime again.

Went for a motorcycle inspection. Service was prompt and friendly. The price was great too. One of the only places that will do motorcycle inspections in the Shadyside, Squirrel Hill area. Prior to going there, I had called the place several times for questions. The guy was super helpful, friendly, and never gave me the impression that I was "wasting his time" (like many other auto-service places do).

Every 3,500 miles i come back for more! The guys at Lifetime auto are thorough, time efficient and extremely well priced!! They are always kind when i go to do my oil changes, its done in 20/25 min. and im on my way! Unlike Jiffy Lube, Lifetime will suggest when they feel something is needed but they wont try to sell me new carburetor or windshield wipers every time i go in. Great job guys!!!

I have to say I was a little skeptical at first when I took my car in after reading the reviews. Its a neighborhood business and so close to home I decided to go. I met the new manager Brad and I was able to get my car fixed fast, affordable and it runs great! Maybe new management really helps a business. I would highly recommend going there to anyone! Thanks guys!

Had a broken headlight and just dropped my car off, no appointment, and they were able to fix it in less than 2 hours. The staff is very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. I didnt feel ripped off like at some other repair shops. Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely go back for any future needs.

These guys are always great to me. When I went in to get a new muffler, I had duct tape on the side of my car keeping a side panel together (I know, I know - pretty sad looking). These guys put a screw in it for me so I dont have tape it anymore, without me even asking - and no charge. Great crew over there.

Ive had lots of work done recently, and Lifetime was fast and fair. I never dealt with the old lifetime so I cant say how it was, but Brad is running a great shop. Keep up the good work guys!
