Brought my car to have an alignment done got it back steering wheel was not straight had to take my car back again and they still didnt get it aligned I would never bring my car back here again I basically paid to get my car aligned and it didnt get aligned ended up having to take it to somebody else so basically I paid twice to get one alignment done

Smith automotive over price and dont really fix the problem of the car. I took my car to them to fix my ball joints and they charged me $500 for the upper. A month later my lower ball joints needed to be fix, so they wanted to charge me another $500 so theyre not good at all!! I was better off going to the dealership!!

Darrell and the Smith Brothers are the most reliable and honest auto repair establishment in the Greensboro area. They have bent over backwards to assist me in everything that i was concerned about. I wont let anyone else touch my vehicle. Great business service and great people
