Awful. I was referred by another mechanic to get a new pipe put on due to a hole. The check engine light was on for emissions related issues. I did my research and knew that the hole in the pipe was the cause. I was due for my inspection, so I asked for them to complete that as well. They called me very early and told me I needed: TWO catalytic converters A new wheel bearing and hub 2 new tires Wow! I knew immediately they were trying to rip me off, so I said forget the inspection. They still charged me $40 for the emissions. After they installed the new exhaust pipe, I paid and was on my way. My exhaust was now louder than when I went in???!!! They didnt seal up the pipes correctly, I had to get a special sealant and do it myself... Whats even better???? The bearing and wheel hub they said I needed, was now making a clicking/clunking sound that was new. Great! I took my car to another shop that I trusted(too bad they dont fix exhaust issues). Guess what??? It passed WITHOUT ANY ISSUES! My conclusion: They actually damaged my wheel hub/bearing to legitimize their claim of a faulty part. The check engine light had been off for weeks, leading me to believe that I didnt need 2 catalytic converters... They are complete rip off artists. STAY AWAY!

As I was driving home from work, my car started bouncing and rocking from side to side. I pulled into a parking lot and called to ask if they could look at my car. Mark told me I could bring it right over to have it looked at. It turns out that my struts snapped and my sway bar bent. It could have caused a really dangerous accident if I had continued to drive on it. Mark told me he would have it safe and ready to drive the next day--mind you, this was Memorial Day weekend! What other shop would have worked so quickly to make my car safe and drivable over a holiday?! Mark was wonderful and kept me updated with the repair process, and true to his word, he had my car ready the next day! Im so thankful for Mark being so kind and trustworthy. Its such a comfort to have found a trustworthy mechanic! I would recommend the shop and Mark to anyone, and everyone!

Im 54 years old (2012) and Ive never found an auto repair shop Ive liked...UNTIL I FOUND MEINEKE. I either got the unsubstantiated upsell when I just wanted an oil change, or I get the runaround and delays when I bring a car in for service. Ive tried cheap places and expensive places. Well, my search is over. For several years Ive been dealing with THIS MEINEKE. I get the service I want, when I want it (within a day or two), and when these folks find something, its real. They make suggestions like professionals, and theyre as trustworthy as they come. Their pricing is reasonable, and they do oil changes while I wait -- even some minor repairs. Its a rather small place with only a few bays, so phone ahead. Theyll fit you in if they can.

Ive not found a shop I trust with any of the cars Ive had, so when I moved to Pittsburgh I figured I would have to deal with someone who would try to screw me out of more money for an unnecessary repair or upsell me. Not this Meineke. Mark is honest and will tell you if there is something wrong with your vehicle & wont charge you a small fortune to fix it. Ive even been shown in the shop what they are doing with the car so I know theyre doing exactly what they say theyre doing. Ive gotten all my repairs done here and all my oil changes. Car runs great. As mentioned previously, it is a small shop and they are very busy, so call ahead. Its worth the wait.

I tried this location because of the other Google reviewers recommendation. Doesnt quite live up to the hype. I had an appt, but they only have one bay for pickups so I had to wait 30 minutes just to be helped anyway. No, they did not try and sell me something I didnt need, which is appreciated. I dont think that was a business ethics decision, I think they are just so overwhelmed they dont want the extra work. Ill stick to Morrows.

What a crook! Went there for an inspection of a 4 year Toyota belonging to a friend of mine.Tony tried to charge us $90.90! Told us he changed the oil too. Just had an oil change 2 weeks before. Although I doubt the oil was actually changed, now we have to go somewhere else because he said he used oil that voids Toyotas warranty. She still paid double the market rate for the inspection even after the oil change was taken off.

These guys are honest. They wont tack on useless garbage or tell you your car needs something it doesnt. I know my car stuff and everything theyve ever told me lined up with where it should be. (Note about online scheduling: sometimes it doesnt get passed to the store correctly so if youre in a rush call to double check.

Awful. I made an appointment three days ago and I show up and they tell me they are behind 45 min and then another 45 to do the lil change! What is wrong with them! I call would have been nice...they said it was a busy morning yet I do not think they have the staff. Get it together.

I scheduled an appointment online over a week ago. Walk in to find they have no record of it, and will not be able to fit me in at all that day. If your service does not work, fix it or get rid of it! Dont just tell people "Oh shoot sorry the online service doesnt always work".

Had a flat tire, near the Monroeville Mall & I gave them a call, they were going to drive to me to help get my lug nuts off, but luckily I got it. So didnt need them to come. But, they were extremely nice, and helpful on being willing to do so!

They fixed my Wiper within 2 mins and didnt charge anything as it was a minor fix whereas Firestone told it will charge 10$ just for initial inspection.
