I had previously spoken with Frank by telephone, as our lease was nearing completion. I informed him that when our schedule allowed,we would be stopping in to the dealership. He trusted in us and in that conversation, and did not call back or attempt to reach us by any other means; rather he respected that discussion we had. I DO NOT like feeling pressured or bothered by sales people, and I was impressed that I was not. Upon our meeting Frank Lincoln in person, my wife and I were immediately impressed with has knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in, his personality and demeanor, and his attention to detail. this was truly one of our most pleasurable buying experiences, and was enhanced by Frank getting us our test drive, thoroughly explaining all the details and features of our new vehicle, securing the financing we wanted and into our new vehicle and out the door in less than four hours. His attentiveness to us saved us making another 45 minute trip to pick up our vehicle on another date. My wife and I would recommend Frank Lincoln as well as Ed Shults of Warren to ANYONE in the market for a new (or used) vehicle. This is our second vehicle purchased from this dealership, but our first purchase from Frank. It will most definitely not be our last!

I purchased a Subaru Forester from Shults a year ago, which was a 5 star experience. The salesman was extremely professional and never pressured me into buying my vehicle. That was the end of my good experience. Shults included things like oil changes, inspections, and tire rotations for the first year, which sounded great at first. At my last oil change, rotation, and inspection my insurance card and registration somehow disappeared while my vehicle was being worked on. Shults refused to say they lost it and told me to drive to AAA to pay for a new registration card, which cost about $25. I then asked the parts department if buying a vehicle from Shults would allow me to buy accessories at a discount or if they were still full price (I did spend a large sum of money on my vehicle there, after all). The salesman laughed at me and told me no while still laughing. The unprofessional conduct and rudeness of the staff has led me to go to any other Subaru dealer for the sake of not dealing with Shults. There is absolutely nothing this business could do in the future that would convince me to go back.

Tried to give me about $3,000 less than by vehicle books at for trade in value. When I told them it was worth more they continued to argue that it was not worth what I said it was...part of their reason?--It needs new tires (A- they put their junky dealership tires on the vehicles before they put them out for sale anyway, and B- it passed inspection the week after with the tires that were on it). On a positive note, their service department was friendly and helpful. They contacted the company I have a warranty through, got me all set up, and got me a loaner vehicle. Dropped the car off today, so we will see how it goes. So far...Sales department = bad....service department= good.

Purchased a vehicle with a bumper to bumper warranty. Also was told that they would paint the spots on the front bumper. When the vehicle was brought in was told I had no warranty and had to fight to get the painting done. I am unable to speak with the sales person because he was let go. He was friendly and would go above and beyond expected to help his customers.

recently purchased a truck there. after getting it home. found the puddle lites were out.called them .the very next day they were there.i picked them up and installed them. vast improvement over my previous dealings with them....seems like they got their stuff together finally
