Pretty disappointing experience. I went in to get 4 tires mounted and have alignment done.They called me to tell me that they would not be able to remove my old tires without scratching my wheels, I told them to go ahead since it was going to be minimal. The damage was worse than I expected, but I should have asked for more clarification on what to expect. Thats on me. Leaving the shop my truck pulled to the right and steering wheel shook between 50-60 mph. The old set of tires they removed (I was planning to sell) had gouges in the sidewall of 3 tires and a chunk of rubber hanging on by a flap. I looked closer at the wheels and there is damage from careless install/removal of lug nuts. The store manage refunded my money and took the old set of tires they damaged. He refused any liability for damage to the wheels (despite clearly being from an air gun). I now have damaged wheels ($130 each to refinish), and a vehicle that shakes and pulls on the highway. I recommend going to another tire shop, as I now have to do

Pulled up with a headlight bulb and asked if they could help me replace it. They said to pull around, no wait, even with bays full of cars. They had to take out the battery and the headlight housing to get to change it but with no issue or complaint. One guy asked if I needed air in my tires before I even had a chance to get out of the car. Ill be back when I have time for an oil change thats for sure.

While on vacation our mini-van started to have a burning odor. We did not want to start our 500 mile trip home with five kids over Labor day weekend without having it checked out. They took a look at it right away- turned out to be very minor issue that was taken care of in no time for $5! We were back on the beach with peace of mind enjoying the rest of our vacation. I wish I could move this store to my hometown. We were on a trip from NE Indiana to Pawleys for vacation and hit a deer on the way over. I called Kevin on Tuesday and he got our van in right away, performed the front end inspection, even checked out our brakes for free. Got the vehicle aligned at a reasonable price! Never been back after turned away twice when needed tire fixed. Both times purchased tires from them with road hazard warranty. Never ever again. Dont go here. Go anywhere else. Definitely dont buy road hazard warranty!!! I have been there many times and I can tell you plan to spend the day. Longest wait times I ever had

Went there with coupon for 19 dollar oil change. They accepted coupon and said they would call when car was ready. Two hours later my wife went in to get car. She was given a bill for a 55 dollar oil change. When she questioned the bill she was told she needed special oil.

Really nice people and better prices than anywhere else around. Theyve done everything from change my oil (for under $20) to replacing tires. I only wish they could do body work & Id give them even more business. Nice people, better prices

Needed to get a flat tire repaired. Dropped my van off and went down the street for lunch. They repaired the tire and put the spare back into the storage area in the van. Friendly service and completed the repair exactly as requested.

Tommy is great. Gene, the store manager, quoted me 1 hr 45 min for 2 tire changes and its been over 4 hours...maybe try a better alternative to giving time estimates on fixes and repairs. Thanks
