THIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER! I normally go to Firestone on 6th ave n in myrtle beach but this one had my tires in stock that day. 6th ave has a very old building but a great team of professionals that know what theyre doing and puts the customer first! Conway however, has a brand new store and equipment yet cant even balance a tire correctly. That day I purchased 4 new tires for my custom wheels. The sales rep couldnt even find my Ford Taurus because he was to young to know what the older model looks like, he also tripped over a hose on his way in I should have known better at that point. Further more the technician Jonny was extremely rude and angry that he had to install low profile tires on my custom wheels and treated me as if I was a complete idiot. He took 3 hours to put them on and align them. The alignment wasnt correct either. I had to go back to my store to get balance and alignment corrected after noticing the was driving terribly. These guys dont know what theyre doing and I have have had better customer service on a fast food restaurants wost day. I will Never go there again and I believe Firestone should give the guys at 6th Ave that brand new store because they are hard working and deserve better equipment and stick the Conway guys with that outdated dump on 6th ave.

Ive gone to this Firestone location several times now, and have had positive experiences. The only downside is that theyre often busy, so if you want work (more than an oil change) done I recommend making an appointment. Having said that, Ive seen them go out of their way more than once to accommodate an out-of-town vacationer with unexpected car trouble. In my experience they do good work, talk to you plainly, and dont try to unnecessarily overcharge. Being a woman who knows a little about cars, I appreciate that they assume I have a brain and talk with me about whats going on. They dont try to pressure you into having more work done than what you planned, but will let you know what they believe needs fixed in the future. I bought four tires from them, and about 6 months later one of them went flat. They pro-rated the replacement so I got a new tire very cheap. Ive also had them work on my cars suspension and a/c. They could have charged for expensive repairs, but in both cases they made easy fixes that all-together cost about $150. The feeling that I get from employees there is that customer service is the most important thing.

I have a kid at Coastal Carolina with an older Sentra. Recently there was an exhaust/heat shield hanging down from the underside. Eventually it hit the pavement causing a racket and throwing sparks. Other drivers were honking and she was afraid to drive the car. I suspected it was a heat shield and wanted her to express that fact to the Tech. The shop was busy when she dropped the car off, so she never got to offer my opinion of what was wrong. They fixed the issue (it was a shield) and secured an additional shield that just needed some new clips. So, a college kid with apparently no clue as to what was wrong with the car. Some cynical people would expect an unnecessarily high repair bill, or at least a full hours labor charge. Instead, a call back in 20 mins... "The car is ready, the bill is $10." Not every something turns out to be nothing - but these guys did right. Give them your regular maintenance work. Theyre not going to run your bill up for an easy fix. Thanks Jessica, Thanks Art.

Made an appointment for 12 pm. Dropped my car off, got groceries, and my car still wasnt ready after an hour and 22 minutes. I called and they said it would be another 20 minutes before my car is ready. Unacceptable, I made an appointment 4 days in advance to make sure I wasnt waiting around forever, yet I will have waited almost 2 hours for a standard oil change. Update: they didnt make me pay a cent. Cant complain. They fixed the issue for free!

This place has turned into just another place to change oil. It is ridiculous to think that they need 45 minutes to change the oil. That is the time they will need to do the "courtesy" check on the car. I have a brand new car. Dont need a checkup. This is very disappointing because when this place opened it used to be run so well.

Their service was good quality however, their prices are crazy and they LOOK for stuff to fix..... I was told that i needed to spend $1100 to replace a manifold just to get my spark plugs changed...... Went down the street and they changed my spark plugs and a coil with no problem for less than $300

Ive had two experiences. The first was a walk-in oil change that took an hour to complete and the next was an alignment that took half that time. Unfortunately, the alignment wasnt done properly the first time so I had to take it in again the next day to sort out the issue. Probably wont go back.

I wouldnt take my dog there to get tires if he had training wheels. All we needed was two valve stems for our camper tires to make our trip home or to a place to purchase tires and they would not assist us with help. What happened to common courtesy. The devil is taking over people

Terrible business. Employees lie about Firestone credit card. They lie and say stuff needs to be replaced. They appear friendly, but after going to a different shop and getting the truth about your car, you can see they are not.
