I went their for an oil change. The cashier was rude. She needs to have some customer service training. She got an attitude because l decided that l would not pay for an extra quart of oil. This is the kicker: the Technician said he heard a knocking in my engine, yet when l came to pick up my vehicle no one told me anything was wrong with the vehicle when l got my reciept. I read it on the paperwork when l was making sure l wasnt charged for an extra quart of oil. I got out my vehicle and ask the receptionist what knocking sound they were talking about. The tech who claimed to have heard the noise came out turn the key and said that, meaning when the truck turns over when u crank it up, was the "knocking in the engine". They straight up lied. I went to an auto part store, bought the quart of oil and l also asked the auto part worker if he heard a knocking in the engine, he replied no. I took my vehicle to several other places and let them listen and was told, what l already knew, there Is No Knocking in The Engine. If the tech cant distinguish the difference between the sound of a vehicle cranking up and knocking in a engine, he needs to go back to school. The rating I would give them is a -0 if their was such a thing. ALSO iF their is a Knocking in in the engine it should have been heard not only when it was cranked up but while the engine was running.

Bought a set of tires online and needed them mounted and balanced. Was quoted almost $100 but agreed to match another place in town for $80. I walked in and was told before they even saw my car that I NEEDED an alignment. And was very rude and offensive. I should have walked out right then and there! However, I declined the alignment and they put the tires on my car. After driving my car around with new tires for a few weeks and my car shaking every time I exceeded 50mph I took it to jiffy lube for an alignment thinking I needed one. They told my my alignment was PERFECT and that the shaking was caused because there was not one weight on ANY of the rims/tires to actually balance them. And that the reason the car was pulling to the left was that my tires were over inflated by 15-20psi on one side. So, after declining the alignment, this shop purposely set me up to fail trying to get me to come back and pay for a service I didnt need. So I paid Jiffy Lube $40 to have them balance the tires. Armed with a receipt from Jiffy Lube, I went back to precision auto tune asking for $40 back and explaining that I had caught them in their lie. He was very rude and acted like he didnt care, and told me he does not issue refunds and that I should have brought it back. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY, TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They have the worst customer service. I took my car to get an alignment and I left and went right across the street and my car had a knocking noise that it didnt have before I went. I went back and ask them could check to see why the noise was bc I didnt have it prior to coming. The manager was very rude the lady at the font desk told me to wait outside (but when they my wanted my money it was OK to stay inside) for the Manger. He starts talking trash as if Im nothing and when my husband told him he wasnt going to talk to me like that he threatened to call the cops which I should have let him do. He wanted to charge me 45 dollars just to check the noise that I didnt have prior. The manager is so rude that he literally makes me sick to my stomach. Please dont waist your time going bc them is place is a rip off.

This place is a "consumer beware" place. They told me they could fix my truck, not! They swindled over $700 from me and my truck was smoking when I left there because the mechanic did not know what he was doing. The owner was an a-hole. I reported them to bbb and everything. I even called the local news station, they were ready for the story, but I could not follow through because I was passing through traveling back to my home state. By the way, corporate was no help either, they sided with the owner, but they basically said that they would side with the owner. Oh yeah, dont believe the reviews on the corporate website, they only post the good ones. Beware!!!

I should have checked the reviews before I went. I guess the change in management wasnt sufficient. The cashier was unaware of the special they had on the marquee and tried to charge me the full price for service. Also, it would have been helpful for them to inform me that the services being provided would do nothing to fix what was wrong with my car. Read the reviews and dont go here. Firestone may be a little more expensive, but they actually take care of their customers.

Awesome service as well as personel. I have 3 children and my brakes were going bad, only $100 in my pocket for the next week, which is about what it cost to replace the brakes. I left stressing wondering how i was going to afford this. Then an employee came out ( J.T ) and called me back in and negotiated a very fair price. I can thank Precision Tune and it employees enough for their empathy and care shown towards me during my time here. I will definitely be back.

WORST customer service. Said that it would be $44 just to look which is not a diagnostic check. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very sarcastic and was very pompous. Even after he continued to rudely tell me what I do not know asked me when I was coming in. Like how are you rude to customers and assume they will still pay to you to anything for them. Avoid this place at all cost because you will be broke and they have the worst customer service.

Trying my best to get the word out around Florence of how harmful Precision Tune is to innocent customers in our community. Going to take it to Creel now and let the professionals handle this once and for all. The owner made the mistake of walking off from me while I was politely complaining. Big mistake! $1300 spent and the AC is still not working properly. I have a warranty on all parts fixed and if anything they fixed is bad I will take it back.

No stars here but wont let you post unless you give them one, Was told a job would be one price which would include parts and labor, but dont you believe it. They then add in a bunch of other charges. And the alignment for 90.00 ha the truck pulled to the right the whole way home. Wont ever go back here, and dont believe the reviews on their website because they only have all good ones and dont let the negative reviews on it.
