Well I have to admit, the facility was very clean and organized, the staff was nice, and the manager/owner Eric was knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately I was told my truck would be looked at and diagnosed by lunch the following day after I dropped it off... I needed my trans replaced for work for the expensive construction contract I just received as a sub contractor for Friday (The truck was dropped off on Monday), and I was assured this was possible. Its Wednesday and the truck was still sitting in the parking lot, no call, no notification or anything telling me they couldnt get to it. I understand business getting busy, but no one told me anything, no one bothered to inform me they couldnt get to it, now Im out money for the truck Ill have to rent by Friday for the next weeks worth of contracts Im building. Ill be lucky to break even. I guess the 3 grand cash I had for Dun-Rite to do this job wasnt good enough. I would not recommend this company for any urgent repairs or consultations.

Excellent service. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a repair facility. I would highly recommend. I had a major failure passing through town on the way to a family vacation. Googled repair places at 8:00 am, picked up by their tow truck by 8:30 am, car fixed and driving out the driveway by 10:00 am. Might have been faster if I didnt chat so long with the super friendly front desk lady, service tech, and owner. Seriously. Stop checking google reviews and just call them. They are a good shop. I wish I lived in Florence and could take my cars to them all the time.

The very best. I broke down on 95, and after the ordered parts came in I was back on the road within the hour. Not only was the service very affordable, my dog and I were treated like welcome guests. Would absolutely use this auto shop again, and I am very grateful for their kind and fair business. Thank you Denise and all other Dun-Rite Auto staff, you set the bar high.

After having some work done on my car I had some issues a few thousand miles later. Ended up having the work done somewhere else but Ronnie made things right and reimbursed the cost of the repair. I would for sure recommend anyone that needs work done to go to Dun-rite. I will use them next time and tell everyone how honest this place is and will do you right.

Great staff, very knowledge able, and they make you feel like home. I use these guys for my personal vehicles, and also for the company I work for sublet units. Master ASE certified techs and they are always willing to educate others. You must use these guys for all your transmission and mechanical needs. Tell Lucas and Robbie that AJ sent you.

I had some fluids changed here since Im away from home and cant do them myself. From the moment I called, the receptionist took care of me and the mechanics did exactly what I asked. The prices were fair as well. Overall one of the best shops Ive ever dealt with. I highly recommend Dun-Rite and will be back for sure.

We were driving from Florida to Virginia when our transmission went out on our vehicle. They replaced the transmission in 2 days. Their prices are reasonable, outstanding service, and customer support. I highly recommend these to anyone needing automotive repair.

Dont recommend. Took 02 Lincoln in because of a vacuum leak, hard shifting, and coolant leak. They kept my var for about 2 days and then told me to take it to the dealer.
