I had a $20 off coupon for any service over $75 at Monro and decided to get my cars shocks replaced. Both times I set foot in the place, the guy at the counter was on a non-business related phone call, and instead of hanging up to talk to me, he finished his conversation (taking multiple minutes.) I got a call the day it was being serviced and the technician said I needed a new tie-rod end on the passenger side and instead of $220 as a total they could take care of it for ~$550. I knew I could fix this myself for about $90 so I told them no thanks. When I got the vehicle back, it had a slight steering issue and the alignment seemed off. I replaced the tie rod end and that corrected NEITHER of the problems. If I had it to do over again, Id have thrown out the $20 coupon and taken it to another local garage or just changed them myself. Avoid.
