What ever u do, do not take your car to this place. I had them to put brake calibers on the rear of my Lexus. When I picked it up the brake calibers were worse than when i brought it in. When i brought it to there attention they told me it was because my rotors on the front were whoped. So I took it to tater bug on spring garden and Merritt Dr for a second opinion. And was told there was nothing wrong with my front rotors. That who ever did my back brake calibers did a banged up job. They told me exactly what was wrong. I took it back to BF Goodrich and told them what the mechanic at tater bug told me, and demanded that they correct the problem. After going back and forth with them they finally did. The mechanic at tater bugs was right. Ill never take my car to BF Goodrich again. Not even for an oil change!

Aviod at all costs!! I dropped off my Cadilliac this morning to get a simple inspection done and when i picked it up a few hours later from a distance I immediatly noticed a scratch. I went in side and got the manager who before he even looked at it blamed it on me. I showed him and a mechanic the fresh paint chips that hadnt fallen off yet and how clean the scratch was compared to the rest of my car, he still denied it. He told me it was either already there or one of thire other customers must have done it, either way they were taking no responsibility. I would absolutly NEVER recomend this place to anyone I know, there are at least 10 other shops within a 5 mile radius that could easily match the work and prices this place does.

I work nearby so it was an easy thing to just drop my off my truck, leave it for the day and pick it up when it was done. Oil change and tire rotation. Roger called me to let me know a brake light was out and fixed that for a very reasonable price. Good experience. Pricing overall (with the exception of the light) was a tad high but they went the extra mile.

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Eugene is very rude!!! They sold me two used tires that shouldnt of been sold. When called to talk to him about it he got very defensive and hung up in my face. When my husband went up there he acted as if I was the problem.RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL stay a way
