I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been to this location before, rented from them, and purchased propane from them. Service has been good overall. The problem is the U-haul, not this particular store. But this is the store I called, so they get the bad review. I needed to rent a trailer for less than a 24 hour period. Everything was going fine until they needed to know the vehicle I would be towing the trailer with. I was told that I could not rent a trailer if I would be towing it with a Ford Explorer older than 2009. The reason was due to a pending lawsuit with U-haul involving a Ford Explorer. This is a completely unacceptable excuse. As an ASE certified Master Technician, I can assure you that the problem was due to user error or a maintenance error on U-Hauls part. To screw over people that own a particular vehicle, the particular make and model having nothing to do with the problem, because of a single issue is absolutely ridiculous. I even called U-Hauls customer service line and was put on hold to talk to a manager until the line disconnected. I will never deal with U-Haul ever again. I would gladly pay more to someone else just so this ridiculous company loses my business forever.

Ive used this facility several times and we received excellent service along with good value for our money. During my last rental there was a problem and U-Haul corporate office resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I was impressed by their follow through to promptly resolve my complaint. Id use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a truck for a move.
