I had a good experience with premier transfer and storage, I would really give 4.5 stars. I give the customer service 5 stars, they did a great job coordinating, communicating, and taking care of small things that came up. The movers were also very nice and professional, but there was a mix-up in our inventory process (which was ultimately resolved). There was also minimal wall damage to our apartment when moving out, but our manager let it slide. Would work with them again.

Fast, friendly, efficient! William and Ronnie made it look easy. Thanks for a job well done. I would definitely use Premier Transfer and Storage again as well as recommend it to friends. The communication for setting up the delivery was clear and as promised. All around a great experience.

We have moved long distance multiple times and used Mayflower with no problems. This branch however, is a complete disaster. Lied about load time, size of crew, said would direct load than 3 days prior tell us they have no driver and put our stuff in storage for 2 months. DO NOT USE.
