Let me describe my first experience with Little Guys Movers. In January 2015, I was scheduled for a move from a home in Elon with 5 porch steps, to a 4th floor walk-up in Greensboro. They sen 3 young guys and this first move could not have been better. They arrived at 8am had the truck load and were on the road by 9:30am. Once we arrived they unload, mind you 4th floor walk up, and had the job completed by noon. I was so pleased with them, I bought them all lunch! I could not have had a better experience! This February however is an entirely different matter. 3 guys again. Although very polite, were lazy, slow and unmotivated. They did not arrive until 10am and took 5 1/2 hours to load up the truck! Granted, I am on a 4th floor walk up, which I reminded their scheduler repeatedly. Their leader told me they just got done moving a 3rd floor apartment that same morning. So needless to say they arrived already tired! That is not my problem and I felt bad for them, but this move was not completed until 5:30pm. Their team leader told me they would take a 1/2 hour for lunch and which turned into 1 hour. So they did not complete my move until 5:30pm. I literally spent my entire day waiting for them. As if this was not bad enough, I am discovering multiple scratches and bangs throughout my furniture and large items. Also they somehow screwed up my inventory list. I told them on the phone nothing changed from the year before. This is a far cry from how pleased I was last year. Next time I move, I will "move" past Little Guys!

Little Guys Movers was excellent. They were able to accommodate a last minute move with only a days notice. Two movers met us exactly at the scheduled time and we started off with a detailed inventory of all the items that there were going to be moving. Actually moving the items was done very efficiently and quickly. Care was taken to wrap and protect any fragile items. Even the door frames, floors, and handrails on the staircase were wrapped and padded when moving the larger items. They disassembled all of our furniture and uninstalled our appliances. Everything was packed safely into their truck. Once we got to the new home, everything was moved inside to the rooms marked on the boxes. Furniture was reassembled and the movers even helped to move the bed when we realized that we had forgotten to put the rug down underneath before they assembled the bed. Our appliances were reinstalled without any problems. We had one cabinet that got damaged in transit, but the movers made us aware of it right away and they are sending out a repairman today to fix it at no cost. Overall, we were very pleased with the results of the move. Little Guys Movers were professional, efficient, and courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Doug Sturges in Greensboro is far and beyond professional and courteous, he and his crew moved my wife and I last month. They came by gave us a free quote that was less than any of the other 3 places I called. Most places told us we had to remove all clothing and files from the bedroom and office furniture, I thought that was crazy and so did Little Guys movers.... why take stuff out of a really good box just to put it in a cardboard box ?? We simply used a little common sense and made sure all the drawers were secure and that nothing was so overloaded it could not be picked up or fall apart. This cut our box count by at least 1/3 of what the other places required, should change the name to "Common Sense" movers or "The Greatest Movers on Earth" Our move was only 20 miles but everything was done in one day start to finish, these guys took care of it all. I have moved quite a bit during my life and this was by far the easiest move ever. They took apart all the beds and tables and then re-assembled them with no problems at all. Thanks Doug for taking the aggravation and worry out of moving, not to mention all the heavy lifting. Cant say enough good things about these guys.

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! They just finished our move tonight and I couldnt wait to sing their praises. I am extremely picky and they truly surpassed my expectations. From the beginning, Josh and Trent were so helpful over the phone. We had multiple conversations and anytime I called they were so nice and helpful and I never felt like I was bothering them. Jeff and Bradley did our move and they were phenomenal! They were so nice and professional!! The move took a little longer than expected (not their fault, we have really big furniture) and not once did they seem bothered at all! They wrapped everything so well and everything arrived in perfect condition. Their prices are SO REASONABLE AND FAIR, they even reduced our price once they arrived and seriously how many companies would do that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!! They couldnt have done a better job or been any nicer, honest and reasonable. Honestly I would be shocked if you can find a better mover with a more reasonable price!

This was an incredibly efficient move for my family and we are very satisfied. The appointment was confirmed the week before and again the day before. The movers were very courteous and hard working and actually paid attention when I made comments about specific items. During the unloading process, they took everything to the rooms I wanted and walked around with me afterwards to be sure everything was in the right place. Except for larger type items, the company prices by the "box" and the men were fair about what a "box" was when moving those little weird things that dont actually go in a box. The second half of our move is coming up in a month and I expect to have the same success - updates on that move soon.

i have just hired this group of good-humored, hard working young men to move furniture for the second time in 3 weeks...wow...WOW...WOW...i had a different crew, this time...(and trust me they had a HIGH BAR up to which to measure (aint some correct GRAMMER, fun?)?...EVERYONE who works at this establishment is of the SAME caliber...i am EVER grateful...moving family "pieces" is emotional...these guys are open to becoming PART of your family...and it is a most appreciated addition to my family... HONESTLY?...i wish i had MORE to move...just so i could do business with them, AGAIN!!!... yep...THAT IS CORRECT!! that is the level of satisfaction i have with the "Little Guys"---they are HUGE! thank you, fellas! <3

Little Guys was a fantastic choice for my move across town! I moved from an apartment to a new home in Greensboro, NC and needed some help transporting my larger furniture pieces. I created an online quote request, heard back from them same day with the quote (which was very reasonable for my needs), and was able to book the move for only a few days later. On the day of Jeff & Bob arrived right when they were scheduled to, loaded my furniture quickly and carefully, and unloaded everything right were I wanted it in the new house. The guys were very professional and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the move before departing. Great job guys! I would highly recommend Little Guys for your moving needs!

Highly impressed with Little Guys Movers. They are very professional and easy to work with. I called to ask for a quote and was asked several detailed questions and then provided a quote through e-mail which was very detailed and reasonable. They followed up twice before the move date to make sure we are on track and that they have the right number of movers and truck size for the move. On the day of the move, they showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They took care of the furniture and didnt scratch the walls or anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers!
