When the movers I hired stood me up, I had very few options to get my 26ft truck unloaded. I knew getting same-day service from a reputable company would be a long shot, but i had to try. I called Ace, and spoke with Al. I explained my situation, and asked if there was any possibility of getting some movers to help me out. Al told me that he couldnt make any promises, but he would see what he could do. It took some time for Al to get some guys together, but that was to be expected. Al kept me updated the entire time until the crew arrived. Once the guys showed up, they had great attitudes and we breezed through the truck. I would use these guys in a heartbeat. Professional all the way around.

I hired Ace Moving & Storage to move my upright piano. The crew of Jeff, Chris and Daniel was terrific and I strongly suggest this crew in particular. They were professional, carefully moved my piano and were fast. The owner, Glenn, was helpful and professional, I spoke with him when booking this piano move. I have used Ace Moving & Storage four times total now and this time was by far the best experience I have had with them. My first two experiences with them was terrific as well, the last one not so much, but this time made up for it. Jeff told me they do more than just move pianos so I will be using Ace Moving & Storage, specifically Jeff, Chris and Daniel for my next move.

Ace Moving & Storage just moved Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valleys office and ReStore to a new building, and we are thrilled with the wonderful services we received. Not only did they give us a great price on the move, which was a BIG job, they did excellent work and got our move finished ahead of schedule. Stupid, idiot, and rude. They were ungrateful for any help they were provided during the move. They did not want to be told what to do and they wanted to damage, and misplace your furniture all they wanted. We paid thousands of dollars and they made us feel like they were doing us a favor or like they took a pity on us. DO NOT HIRE THEM. We had a better experience with "two men and a truck".

A coworker recommended Ace moving. They charge by the hour and I was a little nervous how that would play out. They showed up with three guys and a truck and they moved fast! I could barely keep up with them and they didnt stop until the move was done. They did a great job taking care of our furniture and house. I highly recommend this moving crew and wish I had known about them sooner!

Great service! We needed to move our washer/dryer upstairs and Ace was able to find a spot on their schedule on short notice and gave us a much lower price than the other companies we contacted. The guys who did the moving were friendly and efficient, and even helped me get the appliances connected. I hope we dont move any time soon, but if we do I would definitely hire them again!
