This was the worst job I have done with anyone in any kind of business!! Worst guys ever to come!! Worst customer service!! I couldnt be more disappointed. They did not show up for our first reserved day. So we rescheduled and they were late for that. They came upstairs all empty handed, no carts, wheels, no toolbox or anything. The move was only from one unit to another and My building gave me two hours to move and I was trying to be quick. I had to go down to truck and get their gear for them while they moved some furniture. I said I would like to help to carry more and one of the guys was just all acted up and started saying dont tell me what to do while all I was trying to do was to help. I never gave him an order or anything to do something. They guy next to him kept telling me sorry and he let me help him. It took him more than 30 mins to try to disassemble one bed and at the end when I asked him for a second screwdriver to help him he started yelling at me saying Im making everything slower and some other stuff. He said call the company if I have a problem so I did and asked his name he said youll learn my name when Im done here like all threatening. So I tried to complain to the guy on the phone and he started talking angry with me for no reason. I told them to leave at the end and to leave everything. I asked for the beds screws at the end he wanted the money. I put the money next to him and told him take your money. He started saying you dont know who youre talking with, youre playing with fire man, youre playing with fire and left all threatening. And I cant even complain about him to his own company. They start to get angry with me. This was the most unprofessional job and the most unearned money I had to give.

Absolutely amazing experience. They arrived exactly on time in Gainesville, FL and packed up our house in lightning speed. They packed everything so carefully, and labeled all boxes very specifically. They then left a couple days ahead of us and put our items in air conditioned storage until we were ready for the delivery. The delivery in Miami was fantastic. They again arrived on time and very carefully unloaded all of our items. They also had to work around TWO furniture companies who were also delivering that day and they were so professional about it. They put all of the boxes away in the correct rooms and then spent hours helping us unpack! They even helped us mount TVs! Each and every staff member were so nice and so professional. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. I am a very organized and type-A person, so I thought for sure I would have a hard time with someone else packing and unpacking my things, but they did a MUCH better job than I ever would have. Use White Lion, they will take great care of you!

I hired movers, not dairy farmers. I have a video of the guys hanging out in the truck for 15 minutes. Masters of milking the clock. I told the owner & he said hed refund the 15 minutes. lol aint about the money, its about pride in workmanship. Nothing to see here, choose any other company.
