Caution! This company takes HORRIBLE to a new level. From the day the driver (Hans) finally showed up (2 days late and with every excuse possible) til the day of delivery. He showed up with no workers! He called Craigslist and hired 2 morons that we eventually had to tell to leave because they werent working. Unfortunately, this is how they run this business. They will tell you they have 2-4 workers to load and unload your property but beware. They have nobody. They know you are so desperate to get this move going that you will end up loading the truck. They "locked" us into a price and AFTER the truck was loaded they jacked the price up by $1300. U S Moving Services picked up our belongings on 7/1/15 and said it would be delivered on 7/6/15. After numerous calls which we would be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, or transfered to "the dispatcher", or told someone will return your call in 24-48 hours. We got NO RESULTS! Nobody calls, nobody answers. It was ridiculous. We came to the conclusion that we were scammed and would never see our possessions again. Then on August 21st we received an email stating that we owed an additional $900 storage fees. What? Why was our stuff in storage? They claim they did not have a destination address. Our address was on the top of 8 PAGES of inventory. Another ploy to get more $$ from us. We refused to pay this. Well, our damaged stuff was finally delivered on Aug 25th. Once again the driver arrives with No Workers and proceeded to call Craigslist. Well this time 2 "crackheads" showed up to unpack us. Nope, not happening! We unpacked ourselves. So as you can see, stay as far away from the company as possible. I wish I saw other reviews before we hired them. I cant stress this enough...We lived for almost 2 months with nothing. Their complaint process is a joke. PLEASE BEWARE! Wish I could give ZERO stars.

US Moving Services is the worst company in the world. They dont deserve the 1 star. They are a complete rip-off/Scam artist. They Quoted me a price and I paid a deposit but my things did not get moved. When Ron and his men came to move my things they told me I would have to pay $3000 more. I refused to pay and they left. I tried to get my deposit back but Lewis lied to me several times, he sent me to some claims dept, who had no idea what I was talking about, and then he flat out told me "you are not getting your deposit back". I dont have enough room to tell everything but DO NOT use this company for anything. They are liars, cheaters and stealers and I am not going to let them keep my deposit.

US Moving is the worst company on the planet. They are a complete rip-off. They Quoted me a price and told me it was locked in. When the men came to move me they charged me for an extra 200 cubic feet of space for which my items did not need but they said thats what I had. they are nothing but thieves. They damaged more items and did not cover any of my furniture with moving blankets as they said they would. They treated my items as if they were nothing more than rubber balls, DO NOT use this company. They are a bunch of liars, cheats and robbers. I cannot express in this review enough to anyone DO NOT even talk with them, if they call you hang up.

Their drivers are pigs who only care about themselves. Tell the pigs when using reserved parking here in America not to stack all the signs in front of another truck when that driver didnt put them there! That tends to piss people off. ONE sign per truck. Better yet if the pigs had any intelligence theyd put the signs BESIDE their truck (and others) so they dont block anyone. Or complain to management. I wouldnt use their moving services. Clearly they are unprofessional.

I cannot tell enough people not to use this company. The company does not care about you. They will tell you one thing and screw you over the last minute. You have to babysit and then when something goes wrong do not expect them to help or assist you. Im from PA and this company ignored my memos and specifications. If I could rate lower I would! Do not use them. Will not be recommending this company even to my least favorite person.

If 0 stars was possible, i would give 0. The driver was unbelievably rude, cussed us, damaged property, blackmailed us for cash or he wouldnt release the property. Driver ordered us to get a BLANK cashiers check. Cops had to be called TWICE. He threatened to run my car over with me (Im pregnant) and my son in the car. He has contacted me harassing me since the whole ordeal. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY.

US MOVING SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!! They have terrible drivers!!! We were on a road trip on July 4th weekend and we encountered a VERY sloppy driver. They were very reckless and nearly hit lots of cars when they were trying to change lanes multiple times. ITS JULY 4TH WEEKEND!!! THERES FAMILIES ON THE ROAD!! Very bad driver!! Doesnt even deserve one star.
