I was very clear about all the details of my move in setting up the quote with Jason at Two Men and a Truck. The estimated time for my move was 5.0 hrs. It took the 3 guys almost 5hrs to casually and at their leisurely pace load the truck with my 2 bedroom apartment of which I had already moved myself 1/3 of the contents. They asked me to sign a waiver to pay for an additional 3-4 hours which is unacceptable and I refused. I had to voice my concern very strongly and discontentment with the timeline to get them to finally work quickly as they should have been the whole time. There were many ridiculous excuses from the movers regarding why they took so long to load the truck eg that they thought it was on the 4th floor not the 8th thus significant extra elevator time. There was hardly ever a time where all 3 men worked at the same time. My previous move of the exact same amount of belongings with a different company and 2 men took less time than the 3 men that Two Men and a Truck said they required 3 because my condo was on the 8th floor. It was my observation that using 3 guys versus 2 allowed them to trade off who was working when they felt like working until they realized that I was not happy about their work pace and needed to talk to their supervisor. The supervisor argued with me about justifying their extra hours and that it was the booking managers fault for misquoting me and that its their policy that they have to bill by the hour. I told him there is no way I am paying 50% more than my quote because they screwed up and he eventually only charged me 1 additional hour. Trying to be extorted by your moving company was the last thing I wanted to deal with on a hectic day trying to move into your first home. Do not use them unless you are fine with paying way over what they quote you.

Please do not ever use this company. I have used them before in Chicago and had the best experience ever so I called them locally- Im so sorry I did this because the West Palm Beach franchise is a total scam. Look at other reviews on Yelp with the same concerns. They told me it would be $240 for two hours which I thought was fair and I just wanted them to move 30 boxes into my attic. It was a move of boxes of 10 feet maybe. They forgot to tell me that the travel time was an hour and a half so I only really got 30 minutes of work for $240. They left all of my work undone because they only had 30 minutes to do anything . Do not let this company take your money no matter how little it may be. Do not use this company. They are not fair- and its the principle not the money. If I could give them negative stars for robbing me I would! To top it all of I have to pay another 750 dollars (for a total of 1,000 dollars or so to work for 30 minutes) to redo their work as they broke my cable and electrical outlets. It will be an expensive lesson for me but atleast dont let them steal your money!

Highly Recommend Two Men And A Truck! Lin and I were extremely impressed with Wayne, Cameron and Josh. They showed up on time, early actually. They called to let us know they were on the way. They were calm, polite, well-mannered, dressed professionally, highly skilled and just a pleasure to work with. They worked hard, quickly and efficiently, while taking extra care in protecting our property. I would also like to give credit to Danny who assisted me when I first called and wrote up the estimate and contract. He was extremely professional, straightforward and knowledgeable. He made my decision to select Two Men And A Truck an easy one. He also called me today as a follow up just to check how the move went.

From my first phone call to my moving day- the customer service was flawless! I have moved 12 times since 2007, so I am very experienced with movers. Two Men and a Truck is by far the best. The movers were exceptional. Total professionals- from their appearance to their work. They did not damage a single thing! That is a first for me as well! They were also extremely courteous and very fast. My move was finished in less time than anticipated, and yet they did not rush. I absolutely loved how a manager called 3x- during my move, and after my move! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY MOVE SUCH A PLEASURE!!!

I called Two Men and A Truck for information regarding an upcoming move for my son from Miami to Chicago. We werent sure if it was going to be cost effective to move his furniture, or sell it and buy something in Chicago. The customer service I received on the phone was terrific! I had ALL my questions answered (and I had a lot!). She was patient and very professional. Though the cost was certainly affordable, my son decided to sell his furniture rather then move it. The next time we have a move, however, Ill certainly be calling Joel and Janelle!

Worst EVER!!! made reservations days in advance and discussed all aspects of the move with customer service rep Jason and everything was fine. Movers showed up worst attitude ever. Said they could throw everything in the truck but they were not responsible for damages? and we would have to sign a waiver they were not responsible for breakage. What happened to we wrap everything and take very good care of your furniture. I went on Craigslist and got friendlier movers for much less.

I usually use a local company but my realtor referred them. Had them do a move do a move for my mother in law, and was not happy. Guys showed up with their shoes untied, took a lot of smoke breaks, asked if ,"my old lady " could go and get them some drinks. Had to tell them how to do most of the stuff and make sure they didnt damage anything. Ending up having them take the stuff off the truck and sending them away. They charge too much to not provide a better crew.

I needed help moving furniture from my upstairs bedroom to the new downstairs bedroom. The guys who showed up for the move were professional and finished the job significantly quicker than originally quoted. They were even able to salvage my broken headboard which Id forgotten to mention when I originally called them! The cost was fair - one other company quoted me 5x more! I will definitely use Two Men in the future and recommend to anyone.

From start to finish a great experience. Well-run company, class act. My contact from the beginning went well. Things were explained clearly and professionally...and all my questions were answered. The movers arrived on time. Their work was quickly and packing delicate items was done with care. Never again. Moved a 1 bedroom, first floor apartment which door opened to parking lot. Plus I stacked boxes outside and carried to truck. Took 4 hours, then move in took them 4.5 hours with half of items moved onlt into a garage. Quoted 3 hours and $380. End was 975.00 with like 5 liability release forms over time. STAY AWAY!! Main office would not budge on final total. It was a ONE BEDROOM!!! 5 big items!!
