Ne indigna que haya este tipos de companias donde primero los de atencion al cliente no son claros al dar todos los detalles que implica mudanza como es mi caso que fui atendida por Jose Perez que para empezar me dio un precio por las cosas que se iban a enviar ,sin dar el detalle que me iba a salir casi por el doble de la cantidad acordada porque uno como cliente tiene que asumir que debe pagar el gas por la mudanza por la escalera utilizada para bajar las cajas para subirlas al camion creo que como clientes tenemos que saber todos los detalles porque nosotros somos los que pagamos por el servicio . Ademas de la mala informacion dada por este señor y la mala educacion al recibir queja sobre el trato que las personas de la mudanza me dio no a mi como persona pero si a mis cosas las cuales fueron mal envueltas que una de ellas cayo en la pared y sobre la escalera de la casa que estaba dejando cosas que las tuve que reparar yo porque este señor Jose Perez al escucharme solo se le ocurrio decirme " ahora me vas a decir que tambien te dañamos la casa " era casa de alquiler la cual debia entregar como me la dieron sin daños algo que no lo entendieron . Por otra parte cuando hice el contrato pedi que la mudanza se recogiera el 30 de mayo y entregada el 3 de Junio , la recogida fue en su dia pero la entrega fue 1 semana despues y eso tanto llamar al atencion al cliente e insistir porque no me estaba cambiando de continente mi mudanza era a diez horas que se convirtio en una semana . Y al momento que llega mi mudanza a su destino como es de suponer las cosas las abres cuando ya todo esta dentro y el camion se va pues no conforme con todo esto una de las tv estan rotas la pantalla muebles rayados faltante de piezas para armar las camas de mis hijos en fin un sin numero de cosas maltratadas . Pero al llamar este señor solo se digna a responder para decirme mande los daños y se vera lo que se hace me parece una falta de seriedad de la compañia ademas de la educacion Espero este les sirva a otras personas para no cometer el error de contaratar esta compañia y asi mismo decirle a la compañia que ponga perdonas competentes para que sepan dar informacion corecta y clara ya que los clientes no tememos que saber si se paga o no gas si te cobran o no la escalera eso es de ellos decir un total con todo el material que se tiene que pagar pero lo pintan tan bonito y barato que uno cae antes de mudarme aqui traje la midanza de California me salio sl mismo precio que me salio traerlo de virginia a providence es una pasada Espero sirva esto

We had a move that was a little unusual. We moved into a brand new building that is still under construction in some places. Because of this we didnt even get to see the apartment before move day and had no idea that it was 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Peter was really nice and professional when booking our reservation. No deposit was required and he reassured us that the movers would be on time and professional (we had had a very VERY bad experience with movers in the past, so we were a little gun shy). Lesson there was, dont go with the cheapest company, they WILL rip you off. A fair wage for hard work, is the way to look at it. The guys showed up 5 minutes early so we could do the paper work while they got their equipment all ready. They gave me a "not to exceed" time limit, which was a relief. All the paper work explained everything and our rights very clearly. They gave me a time of 3-5 hours to pick up, but thought it would be 3-4 based on the move being a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment only 2 hours away. Nick and Andrew, were super friendly, nice, young men. They didnt make us feel weird about strangers touching our stuff. They also worked incredibly fast even while making pleasant conversation. They wrapped all of our furnishings with care, using ample plastic wrap and blankets for everything (no charge). The door jams always had protectors and the floors were protected as well. Heres where Andrew and Nick went above and beyond. Although both guys are slim, they are amazingly strong. They pretty much RAN our stuff up 4 flights of stairs without any trouble whatsoever. The way I saw them handling those stairs with some really heavy, awkward stuff was beyond impressive. We offered them water and soda at both locations which they politely refused initially because they didnt want to slow down. Eventually they had to take some, after ascending and descending 4 flights of stair 20 or 30 times. I have great respect for these two gentlemen who are VERY good at their jobs! They deserve a raise for sure! The only thing I would have changed is, the wardrobe boxes were old and beaten down. One collapsed and we had to replace it (they had plenty). It wasnt a big deal for us, but it made it difficult for the guys to transport and why make it harder? Perfect Move.

Ive used Irelocation System twice and cant say enough great things about them! Fortunately, I wont be moving again for a long time -- and definitely hate the packing part of it -- but if I did, I would totally use them a third time! Irelocation responded very quickly to our request with a detailed quote and confirmed their pricing/availability. They followed up right away with any questions we had as well. On moving day, the movers arrived at 9 am as we scheduled so close to the starting time that I wondered if theyd slept outside my apartment in their truck the night before. They were professional and energized for the move, though, so I figured they did not! They called about 15 minutes before arrival and when they arrived, the 3-person crew introduced themselves before getting to work. Andrew was the crew lead and made sure he was clear on whether any items should stay in the apartment and on any rules of the building. I told them that the condo building requires putting up the elevator pads and not propping open any outside doors that they did not have 100% visibility on. I checked up and saw that they had followed those rules diligently. During the move itself, they were careful with everything, using moving blankets and wrap throughout to make sure the furniture did not get damaged. Brandon worked on disassembling anything that couldnt fit through the door while the rest of the team worked quickly with boxes and then furniture. They were careful to save anything valuable or easily movable (TV and bikes) for last so that it wasnt vulnerable. Before leaving my old apartment and before completing the job at my new place, Andrew did a walk through with me to make sure they had taken everything that was required and that everything was set up to my satisfaction. All in all, it was an easy, fast and successful move! Everything arrived in the same condition it left despite my lackadaisical packing job. I would definitely recommend Irelocation System to anyone else!

Now that Ive settled into my new place Ive finally found some time to give these guys from iRelocation system the review they deserve. Some context- Ive recently graduated college and have little in the way of disposable cash so I spent some time researching and although this was a bit out of my initial price range I had such a comically awful experience moving out of my last place I figured I was better off spending the extra money than risking it and I am soooo glad I did. On the day of the move the 3 guys (Tom, Anthony, and Luis) called me early to confirm and arrived exactly on time. They were all incredibly friendly and although I have a lot to move there were definitely some heavier pieces. Despite this they were fast and efficient only taking about 8 hours to load everything onto their truck and we began our 12 hours drive into the city. When they arrived at my new place I showed them the two possible entrances both of which are not particularly large because the building is around 100+ years old. Even though we werent sure my couch and large dresser would make it up the stairs they managed without complaint. By the time everything had made it up to my top floor unit there was still about 5-6 hours. At this point I realized I didnt have cash on me to tip them so I ran out to the bank which took me about 30 minutes to get there and back putting us right on the allotted schedule, I assumed that because I had forced them to wait around longer than it had taken to actually move my stuff that I would be paying exactly what we discussed but they actually didnt charge me for the time they waited around which was unexpected and really appreciated on my part. I know this was a long probably overly drawn-out review but I was so impressed with Tom, Anthony, and Luis that I felt this was the least I could do. Not only were they professional but they were understanding, personable, and overall just cool guys.
