I recently used Silverback Moving & Storage to relocate a portion of our home from in Boca Raton to Tampa. Considering it was a relocation with a good deal of distance between the two points, I wanted to be certain I contracted the right company. Silverback Moving was clearly our best option. They gave us a flat rated price of $1,625 for two bedrooms of furniture. I liked that we had a flat rate so that we could be certain prior there would be no surprises come the move day. The office even emailed over the conrtract prior so we could sign and resubmit. It was a nice touch. The gentlmen from the West Palm Beach location came to load our contents into a large moving van. Each piece was wrapped with blankets and packed tightly in the truck. At the new address, mothers home, the staff were very careful unloading each piece and handled all rebuilding of the furniture. It was nice because at this point the company had already been paid. Im glad the service did not end once they received their check. Plenty happy with the good help. Ill be calling them in the future.

I had a phenomenal experience with the gentlemen of Silverback Moving & Storage. I scheduled about a month out to be certain we had a date of service with them. They were extremely kind and helpful during the scheduling phase. All questions were answered promptly and they were quick to give several tips that made the overall move day less stressful. In the weeks leading up to the big move day, they had delivered complimentary boxes which they had promised during the sales phase. The boxes were a nice gesture. They manufacture their own and were of better quality than that I had purchased at The Home Depot. During the actual move day, my staff of three gentlemen arrived on time and ready for service. They were equipped with the equipment necessary and clearly knew what they were doing. By far the best experience Ive had to date. I was very pleased with the work these gentlemen had done and the overall service that was rendered. I will certainly be using them again in the future for any moving and storage needs I have in the Delray Beach community.

The staff came in and disassembled all pieces as promised, prepared all furniture as promised, and kept the final price under their estimate.
