I bought multiple products (cables, headphones) from The Cable Company and my experience has always been very positive over the course of several years I have been their customer. John (Pharo), as my advisor, has alway been very helpful -- not only when assisting with the purchase, but also during the warranty coverage. I was unfortunate to have a mechanical issue (twice) with ADL H128 headphones that I bought from The Cable Company, and he kindly contacted the distributor and helped to completely resolve the issue -- my headphones were replaced under warranty each time (have to also say nice words about RLI Distribution here). I would highly recommend The Cable Company to anyone interested in high end audio products; the company is very much one of a kind with great folks working there. P.S. @Donald (the gentleman who left a "one star" review) -- if you havent noticed, you left a review for a wrong company?

The store itself in Wall is nice and the reps are courteous and helpful. Optimum however, is the worse cable company in the world.
