Connectivity is spotty. One minute you can watch a streaming video, the next you can watch 3 seconds at a time. Customer service is not very helpful. Call blocking for phone service is not available. It should be. If there were another service available where I live, I would try it. It is now two months later and the service has not improved. I can barely get any websites this morning. Customer service wants me to do the same things it always does: disconnect and turn off the modem, restart my computer and run the speed test. What happens when you turn off the monitor? You have to start over and re-set up the entire home network! It takes over an hour for us to accomplish that, not to mention having to crawl under the desk to attach the cable directly to the main computer which requires disconnecting other stuff. Still cant figure out why printers will no longer work wirelessly. The monopoly that CableLynx has in this area should be illegal. Their policies on packages and pricing are gouging the citizens here.

Pine Bluff Cable is my ISP, this is one horrible service. They charge an extreme rate for a decent connection, and it is down at least 2-3 times a day for 5-20 minutes each. It is also not rare at all for the service to go down for a day or longer, I would say this happens at least 3 days out of a month. Use the Internet on the weekend? Well that 50Mb/s connection you pay $140 for is going to slow to a crawl. Oh and in this day and age, let us have an upload speed higher than 200KB/s. Unfortunately for Pine Bluff this is the only place you can get an Internet connection speed that can be tolerable in this age. Enjoy the Monopoly while you can Cablelynx, I really hope someday a better service comes to town, and when that does happen I will do everything I can to get people to drop this dead end service.

1 start too much ! the price keep increasing, service gets worst. your customer people are very ignorant, rude and uneducated. you rape the seniors citizens with your high prices that continues to escalate..a senior on a fixed income..do you people have any compassion ? it appears NOT..my older relative has had your crappy cable service for 18 years and never missed a payment never late and this is how you treat him .. its time for him to find another cable company or go without tv altogether, its just not worth the money and aggravation ..and anyone else do yourself a favor and donot waste your money on this high priced crappy service on this company they are ripping folks OFF in this little town, if everyone stop paying the high prices, the cable companies will be forced to lower their prices

This place is unbelievably bad. They will not sell you any stand alone internet service above a 256k. They HAVE better service, up to 1MB, but you are not allowed to purchase this without a package deal. They are trying to FORCE you to let them have a monopoly on your Internet, Television and Phone service. Seriously, how many people even HAVE home phones nowadays? And they act like they are giving you this great deal @ $80/month introductory offer, but after 3 months it goes up to over $120. But if you take off the home phone and the cable, they STILL want $85 JUST FOR THE INTERNET SERVICE. Incredible. Shame on Pine Bluff Cable for taking advantage of hard working people.

Great service. Gets a bit spotty now and then but overall I am happy customer. If people are having connectivity issues they should learn about the magic of port fowarding for their devices. The attitude of customer service has something to be desired, but this is pine bluff. What do you really expect?

I wished I could rate it with no stars. The customer service is horrible and the service sucks. I have not had decent service since I signed up for the service. My phone does not stay connected and the internet reception is ridiculous. Trying to get customer service to help you is a joke.

pretty good service, been having problems with my modem, i called customer support at 4am and they helped me out, i have 12mb per second and its super fast, along with the cable package its oly $100 a month
