Granted, they need more than one person working in the office, but I went at 10 minutes to closing, so there was a small line. The office service was excellent. Since the merger with Spectrum, I have experience great improvements in wait times on the phone and features available. The service has also stabilized over the last few years.

Charter is the worst company of ever done business with. Their service is terrible and their rates are high. They have a Monopoly in our town and they know it.. I stopped by there to exchange an internet router for a bad one that they gave me on Friday.
