This is a really bad broadband and internet provider, Ive worked in this industry since 1991 after I left the military. I must say I work for a great broadband provider with great products and really good technicians that care about the performance of our system. I recently moved to West Sacramento in the last year and now have Wave, I must say that the service is really bad, I do know some of the techs that work there and they are great guys, I dont know if Wave is under staffed in the Network area or have the proper tools that would support them on a daily basis. The team I work with have the proper tools and support staff, supervisor and managers to help us keep customers happy we give our all to keep the system working and working properly. Im not really a tv nut but when I watch or a program I want to watch that program without interruption or tiling, digital break up also know as pixalation due to modulation issues, audio out of sync or lost audio, and loss of signal for 5 to 10 min periods these are the thing that upset me the most and sky rocketing bills at the end of the month, and speed drops. Ive had a few outages over the last year this I understand because I work in this industry but come on man to have these types off issues is bad service I mean everyday and I complain to the wave guys and they gave good effort but I dont want to ruin a good friendship over this, but I have to say this about Wave Broadband if things dont get better they will be loosing me as a customer real soon, the service that I have has really upset me and have me really thinking about moving back in my companies footprint and go back to a great provider that has a reliable and stable product, I do understand these days about capacity and the internet but if a company that have all these commercials about their service and products daily on television and how great they are I think should deliver a decent product. Its a sad thing when you believe in something because you know it has the potential to deliver a good product and its poor thats all Im saying, I LOVE BROADBAND PRODUCTS AND KNOW THAT THE POTENTIAL IS THERE BUT COME ON MAN THIS REALLY BREAKS MY HEART!!!!!!

They ignored my IT guy because, you know, he is not one of their Techs and therefor not competent. But funnily enough after 5 techs and an engineer come and "fix" the problem only for it to come back an hour later, they finally listened to my IT guy and find the problem. This cost my business thousands of dollars in lost time and personal expense, and it all could have been avoided if they had just set aside their egos and listened. All we asked for was a bill credit for all our troubles, but instead of doing the right things and make the mending gesture, they have lied and dodged this request. I am ready to send them a bill for the salary of every person I had to pay, but they could not work because Wave was stuck up and neglectful. If they would meet me half way I will let you all know.

I wish I was a Wave customer so I could complain about outages and billing problems. But no. Wave is brought in to West Sac with no contract requirement too to provide service within the city limits. Exclusive rights, but no requirement to cover their area. So here I am, 6.5 miles from the capitol of the state of California without high speed internet. Imagine what that means. Cant telework. No movies on demand. No streaming of any media of any kind. No Skype. I live in the mid 20th century because the city is stupid and Wave are crooks. And just try to get either engaged in a discussion to resolve this. Right. Wave supervisors wont even return a call.

This company care so much about money that they forgot they also need to provide services. I try to setup account to pay and they didnt even want to help me pay them. once they get their sign up commission, you cant get in touch with them again. very poor customer service. Horrible experience in getting started. Nightmare to talk to on the phone. If only West Sacramento have Comcast, I would give it a try. I just ended my 2 years contract with ATT uverse and they change the price on me. So I thought I give WAVE a try. This duopoly Internet have in WEST SACRAMENTO is getting ridiculous.

As a current Wave customer I have to say that the service I am getting in the South Port region is sub-par at most. I am in the IT industry and when I am paying for a certain amount of bandwidth and not getting near the amount I am paying for it gets really frustrating since the only other option around is AT&T and I promised myself that I will never be another AT&T internet customer ever again. We definitely need more option available to us in West Sacramento.

Can I give NO stars. This company is horrible. Go with ATT uverse. At least Uverse tells you what they are charge you ahead of time. I had a salesman advertise to me the 110 internet speed package for 39.95 a month. He told me it would be PERFECT for streaming, and gaming on multiple sources. He placed a sticker over the fine print that stated, that I would only get 300gbs of data. A month later I get a bill for 300 dollars.

I have had wave in west sac for years now. never had a problem that wasnt fixed FAST. wave customer service...well...they always help us in the end. they have even removed a few charges that we felt were unfairly placed upon us because they know weve been customers for a long time. our internet is very reliable. i dont have complaints about wave. and i complain about EVERYTHING lol!

Not having a good experience so far. Customer service is horrible. Ive been with them for approx 6 months and I have called at least 5 times to get the same issue resolved with my account and each time a different agent says the manager will call me back. Im still waiting on that phone call unfortunately. Man never knew it was this hard to get some answers.

The TV keeps initializing. Wave provide no help in resolving the issue. Neither calling nor service resolved the problem. Continuous discourtesy on the phone. The only solution offered is I go to their office to replace tha cable box; the second option was wait four days for service.

Legitimately one of the worst companies ive ever dealt with!! Not only is their service terrible, their customer service is atrocious. They are rude, condescending. Awful in every aspect!!!

You can guarantee one outage a week for 2-3 hours or more. When it does come back you cant expect a descent ping or connection for almost 24 hrs. Shame I was recommended with such promise.

Weve had Wave for about 6 months now and never had an issue with the service or customer care. Has been great to have an option thats NOT ATT. Thank you Wave!!!
