The worse customer service ever. The bills have to be watched as they accidentally pile on charges you dont owe. Tonight I am without internet because one of their employees was playing with the line at the pole and accidentally disconnected me. After 2 hours trouble shooting on the phone with 2 different techs because I dont pay the extra charge for techs to come to my house.(if you dont pay extra each service call is $30.)they determined that I was right. I was disconnected at the pole. I told them that I watched ths guy climb the pole and then my internet was out. I have a final I cant study for and an internet assignment due. My classes cost $600. and thanks to unreliable internet I will fail. No customer should have to spend a night without service they are paying an exorbinate amount for. But what they have done here is unexcusable.

I am highly dissatisfied with the products and customer service that Wave provides. They are infamous in our area for glitchy TV reception. Their price structure is confusing and convoluted. Multiple times, I have been given false information by employees regarding what was available or required pertaining to their services. Most recently, they have launched a campaign to force /coerce every one of their customers into renting an expensive and unnecessary set-top box for EACH TV in their homes. When I confronted them about their business practices and cancelled my cable, they withdrew a "discount" they claimed they had been giving me on internet service, charging me essentially the same price I was previously paying for cable + internet combined. In my opinion, their service is a scam. I am switching internet providers!

The customer service people on the phone are always nice, as is the woman in this store in Stayton, but Wave Internet service itself is highly unreliable. Sometimes equipment, sometimes line problems, sometimes things needing repair in the field somewhere, I have problems every week, sometimes twice a week. Today service went out twice in less than 12 hours. I have little confidence in them at this point that it will get any better since every call results in "band-aids" (reset modems, unplug cables for five seconds, waiting while they peck on their computer, etc.) and no actual fixes, no problem solving, no troubleshooting. Field service employees vary in attitude, drive and intelligence, nothing stable here either. I cannot in good conscience recommend doing business with this company.

Was a customer for 3 years solid before that I had dish loved it it was the only option I had and dish was great. I moved and switched to wave worst decision ever, however I only did because of corporate greed and comcast sports unwilling to deal with dish and the fact I love our portland trailblazers. If it wasnt for wave having the blazer games I would drop them like a rock. Lots of outages, pixels, bad service. There is so many outages I bought rabbit ears as a backup it should be a lot cheaper than what it is Im going back to dish or xfinity. Sorry trailblazers if you are going to sell a below average generic product charge people accordingly. Think twice before becoming a customer.

Wave has extremely POOR customer service. We needed service moved to our new home on property from old home. Started contact on this 9 months ago, had to continue to contact them. Now we move in today with no cable, internet or phone. They were suppose to run a new cable to house didnt happen. They were suppose to run cables inside house, did not happen. I was told several time the local rep will call you within 48 hours, 96 hours later still NO call. I ask customer service for a supervisor and get told he cant help because this is a local problem. So dissatisfied.

slow internet slow customer service slow technical support. I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with technical support to get them to reset my account manager password I tried to do it online on their website but they kept asking for my 18 digit acct number but the one they give me on my monthly statement is only 9 digits. god I wish that I lived closer to town and that I could get xfinity-comcast and did I mention how slow the internet is and they tell me I have the fastest package, barely streams HD

I signed up for Wave Broadband about 2 months ago and within those two months I have lost Internet service 5 times, that I noticed. I was thinking of expanding to a VOIP service as well, but I first need a reliable ISP (Internet Service Provider). Wave Broadband is not a reliable ISP. I would love to change this post to something more favorable, but first Wave Broadband needs to provide a more reliable internet service.

We have only had Wave since October of 2016 and it is the worst ever. It stops working and goes out all the time. We have called and talked to thwm and they are the worst to deal with. So over priced and not worth having but are the only ones out here. So wish Comcast was where I lived because I wpuld so get ride of Wave in a heart beat!

Only complaint is it took over 4 months to get installed and the salesman did not give accurate information about installation and my requirements to get service. Have had the service for a couple weeks now and have no issues with that. The installers for both line to house and hook up within house were very nice and helpful.

I am a new customer sign up! Cant even get service installed! Cant ever get a call back not even 1 time. No service has ever been installed although I do have a phone number assigned to me. Seems to be a total scam! Have called 14 times over 3 weeks but nothing at all! SCTC all the way! Pay more but service is vastly superior.

Worse than Comcast. Expect your bill to steadily rise over the course of your service. My initial $55 a month has turned into $150/month with extra little bits added here and there. Whats sad is that they probably get away with it 90% of the time for the u suspecting customer. Its borderline fraudulent.
