and I thought there would be a change from broad-stripe My Internet is still slow and unreliable between 3pm and 10pm so slow sometimes I cant even watch a YouTube video I have the exact same problems now that I had with broad-stripe each time they come out its the same problem nothing wrong at the house. they still have no problem collecting money for the slow Internet and poor TV I cant change my Internet but I am switching to dish network for the tv

constant outages, at least 1 or 2 a month running from 3-18 hours sometimes all 24 and beyond (and for some reason it happens right when im trying get work done) when i call in to ask whats going on i get no more than a " sorry how else can I help you today?" its sad that there is no other option (i dont consider comcast an option) but hey ill give one more star, at least my service is working enough to write this review.....

Internet always going out customer service sucks when I call they dont care if they didnt have a monopoly where I live I would drop them quick
