Horrible customer service both in person and over the phone. Never had someone be so unhelpful and Ive had CenturyLink. The s*it on their customers because they are the only game in town with more than 5mbps download speed. They dont care that you pay for theor service, theyll still tell you your issues wont be fixed for 3 weeks and you can kick rocks until then. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Had this cable service for four years now. Had the basic internet for 2 years and streamed movies on Hulu, and Netflix pretty good. Then it wouldnt work so I upgraded and it sort of worked now it rarely works. going to switch do not recommend them at all. They are constantly off line.
