Not what I would like to have, but they have a monopoly on some buildings as the only Internet provider. They rely on a coaxial broadband connection and are pure trash. I pay through the nose to get a plan of 100mbps down 5 up with a stupid 300g data cap. On top of that, its down every day for hours at a time. Its not the outside lines, its the building infrastructure they have in place so Im sitting here with maybe 100kbps or 5mbps speeds on the weekends when others are using it as well. Im using a wired connection from my pc to the router so no wifi channel issues. I tried different coaxial cables directly to the wall port so no splitters, and I still cant keep a reliable connection. Absolute trash in this day and age.

I dont know how this company is allowed to operate as an Internet provider. If you are longing for the early nineties, you are in for a treat! This is the worst "service" I have ever paid for, but thanks to the city of Seattle, we are out of options. You will be resetting your equipment at least once a week; you will loose service at least once a day (around the same time each day); you will need to get used to tiny swirls on all your devices and tv as you will never reliably recieve the advertised speeds. The city of Seattle should consider ending the monopoly they have created. I sometimes have to remind myself its 2016.

Unlike other internet service providers, Wave doesnt constantly heckle you to upgrade your internet or sneak in additional fees. My internet price has been the same price for two years, not once have a received a call to upgrade. I recently called Wave to inquire about different products. The person I spoke with didnt try to oversell me and provided me with a great deal on an upgrade as well as refunded me for my data overcharges. I definitely recommend this company.

Wave overcharged me for my last month when I terminated service, last December. They never sent my reimbursement check. After calling them over and over for months, they finally said that they had changed accounting systems and had no record of my account! After sending them copies of my last statements I have received no response after another month. Now Im taking them to small claims court to get my refund. I have all the documentation and they are just dodging me.

Just moved to a new building that doesnt have Comcast. I ordered the 250 mbps connection. I am getting 13 mbps... The installation was supposed to be between 2 to 4 pm, but the installer arrived at 5:45. He was nice (Not his fault they double booked him). So, things are not off to a good start. Im also struggling to get used to the idea of having a cap on how much Im allowed to use my connection before I run out! I wish I had Comcast and the X1 system back.

Rather incredible level of not correcting account errors caused by them despite several calls and numerous assurances that things will be corrected. Great customer service, very poor technical service and foresight (i.e., on the actual product). Corporate seems to be in disarray as well with severe accounting problems and changing CRM software without transferring or saving all customer contact history. Unacceptably disappointing for a technology company.

Absolutely awful. Will arbitrarily raise their rates and do things like add data caps without telling you. Then have no problem charging you for the overage. Some day america will figure out that telecom companies having monopolies is terrible for consumers which is why every European country provides better, faster, more reliable broadband for much cheaper than you could ever get it in America. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible experience - If it were any worse, we would call it COMCAST. I live in a building in downtown Seattle that is being serviced by WAVE. I had WAVE running in my previous apt for a year but when I moved from the 6th floor to the 12th floor, WAVE missed my install appointment 3 times in a row. Claiming that they did not have access, into a building with 8-8 concierge and a permission to enter the apt in file.

Well after reading the reviews, I have been way suprised I got a really good deal internet and tv for 30 a month not bad I got the 5 mbs internet and have been happy with it will come back to this review after next months but was happy with install and have had no problems with anthing or he reason for 4 stars the rent on the modem is hella high at 10$ bucks a month. My advice bring your own...

Had an appointment for them to switch my internet from my old apartment to my new apartment in the same building. Apparently they knocked on one of the doors, got no answer, and left. No call, SMS, etc throughout the entire experience. And they "cant make it back out for another five days".

I have Wave internet at my apartment. They provided good service to install the network. But I have to say, the Internet is bad! Im sick of restarting the device EVERYDAY!!! Sometimes, several times a day! Please improve the network service, seriously!

Your modem and router cant handle the speeds that are advertised. We lose internet on average of 7 times a day. Sometimes more. Really consider an equipment upgrade. Your service is really awful. It sucks that you are the only provider in my area.

I was promised TV and phone service for $15/more each for a monthly bill of $30 + tax. I live on a very low fixed income and Steve said my installation fee would be waived, however my first bill was over $90 ! I hate being lied to!
