Sneaky Service Provider. Had service for a year and a half, fee went up 3 times while service kept getting worse. Terrible connection and never could get a tech to fix it, kept blaming our landlords wiring (seriously?). To top it off, I went out of my way to drop off their equipment before moving just to save them a trip to Rockaway and the 2 "ladies" at the establishment need classes on how to better serve their customers. Unfortunately this area of living has limited choices and probably the only reason Charter is getting the business.
