if there was a way to give this gym 0 stars i would. i have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks, from management at the club level to the corporate office. If you need to talk about opening a franchise you can get a hold of someone right away but if you need to speak to someone about a billing error there is no one to be found to help!!! cancelled my membership, going to a real gym now where you can speak to the ownership if needed and will continue to bash this company until someone corrects my billing error!!!

Theres not a word in the English language to describe the AWFUL customer service they have here. Just take your money and provide you nothing but a dirty gym that most machines dont work half the time. Bathrooms are always disgusting. Staff ignores customers while hanging with their friends family or basically anyone that isnt a customer. I would steer clear.
