The team is simply **fantastic**!! Im thoroughly surprised and impressed how friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring the team is (I really did not expect it, wow I WAS DEFINITELY OFF POINT!! The first person I met was Heather. After only a few minutes in talking with Heather, I had to continue to inquire more information, because it was sounding so interesting along with her positive attitude. It was a delight and yes, Heather won me over ... therefore I did sign up. People do not always Realize that coming into a facility/business; FIRST IMPRESSIONS IS MOST IMPORTANT! She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with plenty of information. Heathers bubbly personality, friendly disposition and professional mindset, definitely gave me a Positive Impression of the Aberdeen Planet Fitness. The very next day, I was scheduled to have my first meeting with my Personal Trainer. I must say, this happened, because I spoke to Anthony very early that morning; after having a productive conversation with him, he worked with me to get me in that day with a Trainer. On the day meeting my Personal Trainer, I was rather nervous, overwhelmed with all of the equipment, and I guess just the worry of not knowing what to expect. When I met him, Quincy, I found his dismeanor and his tone when talking/explaining things to me RATHER CALMING. I was pretty candid about my goals, concerns, and expectations. Quincy listened to everything I said, mapped out a workout plan for me and went over the equipment I would be using. I must say, if you knew me, You would say He is very patient person. I am very confident that not just me, but other people just come into see the facility and meet the team will feel good about themselves and will leave smiling. The Aberdeen Manager at Planet Fitness hired a great bunch of employees!!! It says alot when you meet the Manager and his disposition is just as positive and cheerful too; It MAKES A STATEMENT, SETS THE TONE AND THE ENVIRONMENT of a company/business. I do look forward to working out and reaching my goals. I know I will be referring not just my family and close friends, but I will share my positive experience at this location. The gym itself is nice and spacious. The workout areas, bathroom, and equipment are new and clean. I love that there are combination locks on the lockers so you do not need to bring your own. My only gripe about this place is my experience this evening with the front desk staff. As a "black card" member, I requested to use a hydromassage lounge chair after I completed my workout. The female staff member informed me that the next one would be available in 2 minutes. I told her that the brief wait was fine. She asked me for my first and last name and appeared to be typing something in the computer. She then asked me to take a seat and she would come get me when the hydro massage lounger was ready. 10+ minutes later, I approached the front desk to inquire on the status of the lounger. I was told by the male staff member that he could add me to the list and it would be approximately 2.5 minutes. I declined being added to the list and explained to him that I have already been waiting over 10 minutes when I was initially told there would only be a 2 minute wait. He apologized for the mix up and offered a regular massage chair (non-hydro) for me to use. I appreciated that he apologized and offered another option, but I still felt upset that the female staff member told me it was a 2 minute wait. All things considered, this is one of the better Planet Fitness locations in Harford County, I just find it infuriating when a staff member over promises and under delivers. If the wait is 10+ minutes, state that up front to allow the potential user the opportunity to decide whether they still want to use it or not. This shows that you value the members time and understand they have other things to do than spend all this time at the gym. Members have things to do such as making dinner for their families, picking up kids, etc. Lesson learned, estimate the time you think youre going to be finished with your workout and schedule it in advance to avoid this (hopefully).

Weve been very satisfied and regular visitors of the Aberdeen Planet Fitness for over 6 months now. I joined as a Black Card Member, but have not taken advantage of other locations yet because I feel so spoiled by the staff and facilities at Aberdeen. The location is always well maintained, clean, machines and other equipment operating correctly, and the staff are always attentive and cordial. Ive even had particular networks made available on their vast array of TVs when requested. Planet Fitness is not a gym. Its MUCH better!! In so many ways.

Planet Fitness has lots of equipment, I have never had to wait for a machine of my choice. They have instruction, if needed. Their hours and locations are very convenient. I can stop by right after I get off work (which doesnt give me any time to talk myself out of it!) and then head home afterwards. The best thing about Planet Fitness is that it is AFFORDABLE! Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have one near you, I would definitely recommend Planet Fitness!

I cannot say enough great things about Aberdeens Planet Fitness. I left a big well known private club and made the switch and so glad I did! The price is AMAZING. The place is clean and very up to date on equipement. Great classes and the people are terrific. I love ending my workout with an aqua massage! I also love all of the encouragement on the walls and equipement... feels like they are talking right to me!

Planet Fitness in Aberdeen is a great location to get a workout. The place is always very clean and the staff is always helpful. There is so much equipment and space that it never feels crowded and there is always exercise equipment available. You can have a great place like this to go for $10 a month is awesome. You cant beat it!! I highly recommend Planet Fitness!

Love this location! The staff is great and always very helpful! There has only been 1 complaint from me which is the staff could do a much better job at cleaning their showers! You can definitely tell they dont lift the mats and clean thoroughly which is gross. Other than that its the best location out of all the Harford/Cecil County locations

I would have gave it 5 Stars very clean not too much parking but this is my first time visiting This Planet Fitness and Im originally from California working out during midnight hours and overnight staff not friendly at all and didnt me feel welcome like other planet fitness not very friendly bad attitude and no sense of humor

Loved it!!! I travel all over the US, and this gym is one of the top gyms in my list. Theres enough space for everyone to be working out, plenty of machines for cardio, but the best part that distinguish this gym from the others is the lockers! You dont need a lock to secure your belongings. Good job planet fitness!!!
