This gym is nice....the owner is a scam. He calls his gym "Natural Bodyz" yet he was stripped of a win for positive drug testing.....He will deny it to the end but do your research; the proof is out there. I did a competition and he claimed that he spent HOURS on my meal plan and training book. I later looked at the books the other competitors had only to see that they were all the same. I payed him to train me for a competition and he did not fulfill his contract with me. He lied to me and kept my money. I now have waited the time frame suggested by my attorney with no resolve so I am filing a small claim to get my money back. Scum bag. This guy also left his wife to sleep with one of the competitors he was training causing the gym atmosphere to become extremely uncomfortable. He left several contracts at the gym he was previously fired from and failed to inform any of his clients (including me and a friend who also hired him and was not satisfied) that he was leaving (this included competitors who had paid him over $1,000.00 to coach/train them). Do your research. PLEASE!! There are way better trainers in this area with a much better reputation.

I resigned from this gym after 1.5 years because I wanted to get back in a gym with the following: 1) friendly, helpful trainers, 2) classes, 3) wifi, and 4) an environment without unsupervised children. I resigned in early May ( a month ago now) but had to pay an additional month because I missed the 30 day membership cancellation mark. On top of charging the additional month which will amount to 7 weeks, I was charged the annual improvement fee 4 weeks after I cancelled. One of my cited reasons for leaving in my paperwork was the lack of improvement while I was there. I had made multiple suggestions, some as simple as place a larger trashcan in the bathroom so there isnt always trash on the floor, and none were ever implemented. When I asked the gym to refund this money they refused saying my account was "technically still active". The only advantage to this gym is the 24-7 hours. I would not recommend them. The trainers dont want anything to do with you if you are not one of their paying customers.

This gym is awesome. I was looking to find a gym in late june once i finished moving and I was excited to hear that this gym was offering a sign-up promotion. As a frequent gym goer I have to say this place has it all when it comes to free weights or machines and i never have to compete with anyone to use the equipment. Bumper plates and chains are also avaliable to those who train crossfit or powerlift. Additionally, my normal gym time usually falls around 9pm and b/c of my schedule i would not be able to train in the manner that I do bc the majority of gyms are either closed or closing. Not here however, with the barcode access key the gym and all of its equipment is accessible 24/7 which is perfect for me and for a number other members as well. I am very happy that I became a member at this gym and i look forward to my nightly training sessions.

This gym is the best - all the equipment you need, clean and open 24 hours. Warm friendly staff. great work ethic. They do offer group training and different type of classes. They also offer personal trainers and nutritional plans. My Trainer is :"CJ" , he is the best. CJ first question "What are YOUR goals?" my response "My goal is to be healthy. Im 57, so let just see what my body will allow me to do." I have gone from a size 16 to 12 in 3 months. I dont care what anybody says "size matters"! I have recommend them to all my friends and family. I challenge you to check them out. I believe you can get a free week. What do you have to loose- lose!

Ive belonged to and have visited many gyms in the area- but nothing compares to Natural Bodyz Fitness Center. Its small in comparison to the chain gyms in the area, but its home to all the equipment one could need. Its an extremely friendly environment, where everyone gets to know one another. Its a TRUE non-judgement establishment, a gym for any and everyone. I highly recommend this gym to all, from seasoned athletes to first-time gym-goers. Owner Chad Havunen has a clear passion for his profession and his club, and it shows through his day to day running of the business.

I cant even begin to describe how awesome this gym is. Ive been going here for almost 2 years now and its the best decision I ever made. Its a gym where working hard is encouraged and everyone cheers you on. Even the owner and trainers are always motivating and you get a real sense of community. Members come in all shapes and sizes but one thing everyone has in common is the will to get fit--- no matter what phase of the journey they are on! I recommend this gym to everyone and anyone and I cant see myself ever leaving this place!

Best place for workout throughout VA. Steve Smith is my personal trainer and has been helping me long way. Im seeing changes on day to day basis. I have already lost 16 pound in 2 months & Im looking forward to see my end result. So happy that I have made the right choice. Never imagined that loosing weight & building muscle could be so do able. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone & everyone. Im never ever giving up on working out even after I achieve my fitness goal. Thanx again Steve & NBF for being awesome & reliable.

Natural Bodyz is the best fitness center in town! It is owned and operated by some of the friendliest people youll ever meet and the facility is perfect for anyone of any fitness level. The personal training staff is top notch and always willing to help with anything from a simple question to a full course of training. There is always a positive energy in the gym and both members and staff alike are there to keep each other motivated. I love this facility and look forward each day to my next workout!

Ive been a member since early 2015 & Ive been completely spoiled. Very professional & knowledgeable staff. This gym had a personal touch right from the start. Its grown & developed into an excellent club with Hammer Strength, multiple chest equipment (for international chest day) as well as cages, bumper plates, & classes. Now with 2 locations, both 24hrs, both full of excellent staff & equipment - Its going to be such a culture shock leaving b/c there will not be another 24hr gym like this.
