DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! The owner (Sherman) is such a scammer! He started out telling me I needed synthetic oil in my Avalon, i googled it in the shop and it said regular oil, and I know Ive never gotten synthetic before. After about an hour of hearing him scam other customers with inflated prices he rang me up then handed me my card neglecting to tell how much it would cost for an oil change. It turns out it cost $35 after he wasnt able to get the cap off for the oil filter, and the huge sign out front saying oil changes were $19.95. I took my car to the regular "real" Firestone a block from my house where they informed me he wasnt a Firestone company and they would need to do the oil change again because there was no way to change the filter without draining the oil, so he completly scammed me. He used to be a very friendly, honest man, but that was definetly the last time hed ever get my business.

They will take advantage of unsuspecting persons especially people they think doesnt know much about cars. I took my 97 Accord for an inspection. The guy on the front desk comes out little later and starts telling me I need to redo my entire font suspension starting with the ball joints. He brings me out to the garage floor and starts prodding at my car with a crowbar and starts jabbing my front ball joint with the crowbar to show that its bad. At this point I tell him to STOP!! I lie to him and ask him to fail my inspection for now because I cant afford the fix which he quotes something around a $1000 for the whole thing. I go to another shop for re-inspection. My Accord passes everything with no problems. It may only be the front desk guy or manager or whatever he is but there are some SHADY characters working here .

It was crazy my 03 honda accord transmission and engine died at exactly the same time. First thing I did was to take the car to a transmission shop big mistake they were trying to charge me about $6000 to do a transmission and engine replacement, that was not going to happen after I got my car back I decided to do a little more shopping around. Good thing I did because this company charged me $1000 less than the previous company and I received the car it drove better than it did when I first got my car, I think. Now dont get me wrong you should do some research about your cars problems and the company you choose to work on it but from my experience Sherman and his guys do great work for a reasonable price. FYI it should not matter what the sign in front of a building says as long as the work is done right it should not matter.

I took my car to be serviced July 2015 for a front end tire rod. Mr. Sherman charged me $1099.00. I went back in March 2016 and he charged me $500 saying I needed something else. Now in October 2016 the same parts need to be repaired again. I went back and he had his mechanic look at it and he told me it broke from wear and tear. No, it did not. Im not sure if he even fixed the problem because now hes ignoring my calls. Went to Pep Boys the same thing with a lifetime warranty was $419. I was only given a year warranty at Shermans place. Im seriously thinking of a lawsuit. As a woman you just took advantage and that needs to stop. DO NOT GO THERE! Ripoff And he has yet to return my call!

Sherman and his staff Saved the Day! TWICE! I am a Realtor and I criss-cross the city several times a day. For some reason, I seem to get every stray nail, screw or random metal piece in my tires. On 2 separate occasions, they pulled out 5-6 things out of my flat tire. Best of All, the Price was Awesome and I was in and Super FAST! Thank you for taking care of me.

I was just here for the oil change special. I was greeted by a guy who said they could take care of me. I followed him into the office, and he proceeded to ignore me and chatted with two older guys about his computers virus scan, but it have me time to read these reviews and get the hell out of there. I dont think they noticed me leaving.

The manager, Sherman (the other person rating this business), is unprofessional and illiterate. I waited 9 hrs for something he said would be done in 3 hrs. Never called me to give an update, or anything. If u have hours to wait for your car, them hes your man. Otherwise...your better off going somewhere else.

For all your automobile needs, this is your 1 stop shopping place. The manager is very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about anything regarding car needs. Highly recommended, A+ labor service, professionalism and customer service. Now also providing automation training. Spread the word!!

It horrible here!!! I waited like 20min for a tire plug the service is horrible Dont come they over priced and dont know what they doing... I came to get a simple flat repair / tire plug and I got back home and heard air hissing from my tire... I brought it back to be fixed

I asked a real fire stone about them then I realized I always get my oil changes there (well I use to) an then I was told to look at the sticker they put on my windshield an c if it says firestone an it DOSENT SO THERE ARE FAULSE ADVERTIZESING WATCH OUT AN STAY CLEAR

Fraudulent bunch of crooks. My mom went to get the mechanical window fixed and they charged her for a oil change that they didnt need. I should have went with her.

This place is a rip off. They try to charge you $80 to do a diagnostic before even looking under the hood. Do not go here.
