Worst experience Ive ever had, the staff members are complete idiots, They messed the exhaust up twice, They fixed it once and it is still wrong. I will never take any vehicle back there again. It was a simple 2 into 1 exhaust and they couldnt get that threw there heads. The exhaust that I wanted installed was explained 3 times to 2 people (the mechanic that was installing it and the women at the counter). Also the last bend on the tail pipe and the last exhaust hanger on the pipe is so far back that it wont allow me to install my exhaust tip (which was shown to them when I was explaining how the exhaust should be ran). The exhaust hangs lower than where the stock exhaust comes out so now I will have to have all of the exhaust hangers cut shorter and welded back on to raise all of the exhaust pipe up higher. Half of the welds have already broke on all of the hangers so they rattle from hitting the pipe while the truck is running. I was also charged a extra 50 dollars when I took the truck back for there mistakes to fix it. I would not recommend this shop to anybody until the figure out how to do what a customer explains. They wouldnt even be getting a star from me but I can not post my review unless it at least has one star.

I have been looking for an honest mechanic for a long time and I am happy to say that I found one. I am one of those people that call around for a deal and Muffler Mart is definitely affordable with quality work. Every time I go I dont feel pressured or feel like I am being lied to about the condition of my vehicle. The mechanics always suggest preventative maintenance to save me money down the road. Judy takes good care of her customers and she always takes me in, even when I dont have an appointment. I work full time and she lets me drop off my car and pay over the phone. Super convenient! If anyone is looking for a dependable shop, this is definitely the place!
