Do you ever get that funny feeling that someone is racist and a cheat and is only in business to screw as many people as they can. I met and George ; a Poor excuse for a manager. I should have notice by the help wanted signs plastered all over the location that he was inept and did not care who knew. I went to Meineke store # 538 in Woodbury , NJ. for a simple radiator line leak and was told 3 hours after I dropped off the car that they did not have the equipment to test the system with pressure, by George Hunter the manager. That is so ridiculous a store that does not even have the pressure equipment to test the the system at the time . The hairs on the back of my neck stood up. After 4 hours I get a call stating they got the tester brought over and the diagnosis was a that I needed a thermostat. They replace my thermostat conveniently at time of closing 6pm and I was given my keys after I paid. Upon approaching my vehicle I notice a puddle of antifreeze that had leak out after their so called repair. After confronting ,George, he gets the staff of 3 to tell me it must be the water pump and walks away like I dont matter. I spend the next 15 minutes getting explained how the water pump must have went bad after they replace the thermostat. I then ask for a quote on top of my 300. hundred dollars. that I just spent. I get quoted another 400. more and my antitfreeze will be free says George. I am writing this as I sit on the side of the expressway waitng for a towtruck. I wish I could have forced George to be honest but I guess he made it through management training at Meineke. What a CROOKED STORE. # 538. I am seeking reparation from the Corporate Office as this is a corporate vehicle registered to Premoe Gear LLC. I want this to be investigate and made right. Gregory Moore CEO Premoe Gear LLC

If u want an exhaust on ur vehicle dont go here they cant weld and their customer service is horrible. I was there multiple times all they did was make it worse. I dont think anyone there can even weld. They lie and tell you what they are putting on there is worth it but its not. The mufflers were junk. The welds looked like dogshit. You would think after coming back multiple times they would do it right but na they just kept making it worse. Now I just cut the whole exhaust off my truck and am having it redone the right way. I recommend to not go here

I have a 1986 Plymouth reliant k car and in the process of replacing the motor mount Lyne manager George Hunter discovered that the motor mount bracket was sneered off. He was extremely helpful in finding a replacement extremely quickly as well as executing both repairs in a fast professional manner. With excellent severvice and great prices I will definitely recommend this specific location to anyone needing car repairs and services. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND PUSHY. They told me I immediately needed rear breaks and rotors thinking they could take advantage of me because I am a young girl. My rotors were smooth and damn near perfect. My breaks were only about half way worn down. They told me I MUST do it soon! And pay $300 for something completely unnecessary. I will not be doing business there anymore. I want a mechanic I can trust.

Normally i do all my own work but was in a pinch a few months ago. Took my car to their Woodbury store. The guy at the front desk was polite and gave me a reasonable quote for tires, brakes, rotors. Car was back later that day with no issue. I am writing this as I look up their Store hours as I plan to go back on Saturday for tires on my other car.

Decent pricing for their basic services like oil changing, but avoid this place if you need anything slightly complex done to your car. To fix thw compressor in my 2007 Honda crv, I was quoted 300 for parts and 1200 for labor. When I took my car to pep boys, they were able to do it for 600 total.
