I just bought a 13 year old car and took it here for an oil change bc I knew it had an exhaust issue and they would tell me whats wrong. Turned out it just needed clamps. They did a full inspection of the car and took me in the shop while it was up on the lift and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed now and what will need to be fixed soon. Joe spent a lot of time with me showing and explaining everything to me. I feel better about my purchase and feel safer driving this car now. Dont go if youre in a rush, they dont rush through the job so expect to be there a while but its a good thing bc you know they arent taking short cuts and they are doing the job right.

Ive gone here multiple times before and was satisfied with the service. I recently went here for an inspection with an early appointment. I got there 15 min early. I promptly check in. As with all services, theres always something that needs to be fixed. Brake caliper needs to be changed to pass inspection. They recommended oil change, alignment, and brake cleaning. I okay it all. They needed to order a part I come to find out. This place is located less than 2 miles away. It took 1.5 hours to get this part. I was not informed until I pressed for why my vehicle was not being worked on. Better communication is needed here. Over 4 hours waiting to get job done.

So thankful I ran into Joe Oliver and his excellent staff at Midas in Upper Darby. After taking my car to 2 other shops and being misdiagnosed, I was not a happy camper. I took the car to Midas, they diagnosed and fixed my AC and sent me on my way. Joe went above and beyond calling over 8 auto part shops to find me the most reasonable parts for my car. He was very patient and honest in explaining everything that was wrong with the car. He made sure he answered any questions I had, and that I was 100% satisfied before leaving his shop. I will be sure to recommend Midas of Upper Darby to all of my family and friends. Great job!

I called a week in advance for brakes and rotors because I knew I needed them. The guy on the phone continually suggested that I get the brakes checked instead of just doing the replacement, he insisted, so I did. When I got to my "appointment" and hour earlier than I was scheduled for they only had an oil change under what was supposed to be done, none of the other stuff I requested. Now they dont have any of the parts and I have to bring my car back and hope I can get it done.

Booked an appointment for 11am simple oil change. Shop was busy so they estimated 30min to get the car into the garage and 30min to change the oil. Not until 12:20 that the car went into the garage and then the oil change still took forever. I would not recommend going to this Midas as I observed the overall customer service was poor with other customers as well.

these guys really are great i came in for some work i couldnt do myself in the driveway and the store manager jason not only got the work done but h gave me a great price. I do most of my own work but they have earned every bit of my business from now on

Inspection and 1 tire patch...took 2 hrs just for the inspection...and then I had a nail in one of my tire...he tells me that its gonna take another hour an a half...Ive work in a garage before and it doesnt take that long...their labor is all wrong....

I had great experience at Midas in Upper Darby. The shop is nice and clean. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is young, smart and very professional. I will take another car for a service at this superb shop next week.

Very bad customer service rude manager , lazy cant take care of old existing clients. Favouritism going on over there. Ill never recomend somebody go there. Hag guys its not a good place very rude set of people.
