Ive been going to Costas for the past 13years. I had a terrific auto repair shop growing up and also when I moved. When I started working in Narberth I thought Id check them out since they were close to where I worked. Very lucky I did. Ive referred many others to Costas over the years and no one has ever regretted it. Always professional. Always straightforward/honest. Always have felt theyve looked out for my best interest. Good at answering questions. Clear with what needs doing Now and what can wait. Im fearing out office move later this year as I know I wont be in the area as much. If you live around them, if you work around them I cant recommend them enough.

I brought a used car I had just purchased (cheap) in to see what it needed that the dealer neglected to reveal. They found several things that though not dangerous, need remediation. They were able to accommodate my time frame (immediately) and did the diagnostics while I waited. They quoted a fair price for repair. They are hard to book for immediate service (two weeks out) but that seems to be because the locals love these guys. An actual honest repair shop is rare anywhere. On Philadelphias Main Line where most businesses take advantage of the wealthy, a place like this is a miracle.

Costas always goes the distance. I have been going to Dick Costa for over twenty years and he has always done a great job on whatever car I brought to him (Mazda, Honda, Subaru and Toyota). Estimates are always close to actual cost and they fix things they find after calling to confirm the work. Always professional and courteous. I trust Costas to keep my vehicle safe and sound and they have not let me down yet.
